A dear friend of ours posted their 'word' for the year and I thought his was so great. Initially, I thought our word would be consistency...in business and in life. I sat with this word but it just didn't feel authentic and true. So, while I definitely want to be more consistent in business this year, the word that resonates for 2023 is TRUST .
