SARS has issued a notice that states that school fees is not a medical expense and therefore cannot be claimed. You have until the 31.05.2021 to submit an appeal, so please use this chance to appeal.. 🙏
I know that having a child with a special need is extremely costly and challenging. The mainstream schools do not cater for kids with a special need which leaves parents with no other option but to seek a school that caters for their child and their need or seek a tutor for homeschooling.
