Human Rights Day is a national day that is lodged annually on 21 March to remind South Africans about the struggle and sacrifices that took place in order to attain democracy in South Africa.

One of my favourite human right is that very human has the right to education, which is one of our key primary focus as a foundation, no matter your circumstances, background and race every child has the right to learn.

Human rights day reminds us how undemocratic government can lead to abuse of authority, violence and oppression.

On this day let us celebrate the day that gave us sense of belonging, protection and security that everyone is entitled for.

Remember to exercise your rights in a way that contributes positively to others.

We can work tirelessly to ensure those in need are free from hunger.

Africa Day is the annual commemoration of the foundation of the Organisation of African Unity on 25 May 1963. It is celebrated in various countries on the African continent, as well as around the world.
