A powerful remedy for grey hair that doubles up as an immune booster:

ORGANIC IMMUNE SYSTEM BOOSTER

Ingredients:
1x clove of garlic
1x slice of ginger (grated or finely chopped)
1x lemon
250g organic honey (raw, untreated)
50ml Flaxseed/Linseed oil

Method
Chop lemon (taking care to remove the pips), garlic and ginger into fine chops. Mix well in an electric blender. Add oil and honey, and mix well. Put in a glass/mason jar and refrigerate.
(The ginger adds a delicious pop of taste to the mixture.)

How to use:
Take a plastic/wooden tablespoon (15ml) on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal, 3 times a day.
