With so many years experiencing hardships, racism, inequality in the hands of architectures of poverty. We have not found any solutions to diagnose the problem. We are at the bottom ladder, psychological defeated, although physical STRONG. We have become their tools programmed and reprogrammed to see the enemy in us and Them as our masters or investors. Like crabs in a bucket trampling each other, we have concluded in our minds that the system, is the problem but not the architectures of the systems. We destroy the spiderweb and leave the SPIDER Alive to REBUILD her web again.

Many have failed to see the goddess in a woman. Woman is a carrier of life and has always been the foundation and a pillar of a family structure. Only the woman carries the portals and continuation of life. No matter how grown the child but, the mother will always see that child as a child that came from her that child if a male he's the sun (son) and she will be the goddess of her creation and a Kongo} Nkongo =Embryo (Embo} shikwembo of her seeds. The father does provide the electrical charge (semen =light) in her womb (embryo =embo) and she does the raising of her child, even when he may be gone in far away lands or become Lost in his mind. Women stay bonded to their creation. Children stay bonded and learn to speak her ways (Mother tongue) and she's the first teacher available to her creation. She does all chores and exhausts herself to death trying everything in her powers to provide the essentials in the survival of her kids. Mothers carry the pain for 9 months. It is known that a human body can bear 45 del (unit) of pain, but the mother has to feel 57 del (unit) of pain, a pain similar to 20 bones getting fractured at time and that is the pain mothers experience in labouring their seeds. Your mother is the goddess who chose the pain of labour and never considered an abortion, she experienced 9 months of discomfort while you were in her womb. Your mother she's the Christ that shed blood her blood for you to live. She's the Christ that lost her blood during the labour and many have been conditioned to look at christ elsewhere, which will never be found anywhere but only in her Kongo (Nkongo} embryo =Embo. You mother is the goddess that you will speak her language (behavior) until the age of maturity. You mother has the womb (embryo=embo ) of life and you exist because of her. Your mother is the first lawmaker that you knew and entrenched her morals on you. Your mother has the all seeing eye in her utero=Emb(ry) o=(Embo) which registers souls coming out of her portals into the earth (Terra). Her Womb memorises or registers all souls that came into this world. Our mothers received that electric charge = semen} which is conceived in her utero, to then solidify forming us as we born (housed) inside her for 9 months fed through umbilical meanings, then to be expelled out of her womb (Born again), milked and taught many lessons from her, as we observe everything through her watchful eye. Setting guidelines and instructions, doing her best as first known teacher in world. Mothers work exhausting 20 - 24 hours servicing the needs of her child, constantly interrupted in her sleep by her baby who may be hungry or need her mothers attention, sleep probably 2 hours or more then wake up and attend in the fields, clean her house, doing all domestic chores, if not financially stable she may walk miles with her baby behind her back 1-3 hours in search of available resources to maintain herself and her baby. Married or not, poor or rich the mother knows what is needed for her baby and makes sure it is available all the time when her child wants it. She may be corrupted by the system but mothers know how to care for their children. Mothers know more than What I wrote here, mothers are brave than any men, it's just that we think of woman's bravery in shedding the blood of people in the streets or warfare. Women shed their blood in creating life, through their yoni. Women are a church of our hearts and we know that, woman sacrifice their own lives to see their little one's live. They carry portals of entry and exit in what has become a church and unknown Jesus. Architectures of religion have hidden the wombman and blindfolded everyone not to see the christ in every mother who shed her blood, birthed and raised us married or unmarried. We have been programmed to see ourselves in the eyes of those who remote control our minds.

He's Stephen Bantu Biko a founder of Black Consciousness Movement (BCM), an anti-apartheid activist in South during 60s and 70s. He was a south Africa's finest anti Apartheid Anti inequality Martyr, a phenomenonal writer activist, whose writing were pure Afrocentrism. He was famous for "black is beautiful" slogan. Which literally would mean be black and Proud because you are an African,no weaves, no European mind required. Be unapologetic Afrocentric.
He was initially involved with the multiracial National Union of South African Students, but after he saw that Black, Indian and Coloured students needed an organization of their own which carried their philosophies. He helped the foundation of the South African Students' Organisation (SASO), whose agenda included political self-reliance and the unification of university students in a "black consciousness." In 1968 Biko was elected as SASO.
He was a medical doctor student at the University of Natal In 1972, after became expelled from the University of Natal because of his political activities and morale. He became honorary president of the Black People's Convention. He was also banned by the apartheid government in February 1973, meaning that he was not allowed to speak to more than one person at a time nor to speak in public, and could not write publicly or speak in the media. It was also forbidden to quote anything he said, including speeches or simple conversations.
Steve Bantu Biko was arrested On 18th August 1977, at a police roadblock and he was charged with terrorism. He interrogated by Port Elizabeth officers including Harold Snyman and Gideon Nieuwoudt. He was nearly dead owing to the previous injuries. He died shortly after arrival at the Pretoria prison, on 12 September. The police claimed his death was the result of an extended hunger strike, but an autopsy revealed the real cause, which were multiple bruises.
Biko was a visionary who saw 2 stages towards african solutions "Psychological liberation" and "Physical liberation". Which even today many politicians fail to observe.

I don't know what is Okra in your mama tongue. We have heard, So many ugly comments that defines us,our true nature. Many negative comments were made about how strange foods are flooding into country and such ugly foods should be stopped. We have lost our memories and it's not our faults. Settler colonial masters have deliberately, wiped those memories when our ancestors ate health organic foods offered by nature. We are suffering today, with many diseases and with our memories wiped, we are now eating from the settler colonial hand and they taught us to despise African foods for their processed foods, which contribute numerously in feeding cardiovascular diseases and cancer. The foods we despise are alkaline based meaning there is no disease in our bodies. Meaning our cells are well fed with vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and phytochemicals. Such foods although forgotten are medicinal foods and found in many areas in limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Northern KwaZulu-Natal eaten by thongas but we have become afraid to be seen eating THEM. Since it sends pictures about how foreign we are in the society that views those eating foods non existing in Macdonald menu or KFC as not having evolved. A Society that has been robben is taught to despise itself and it dictates on certain individuals, on how should they eat, behave and do everything at a popular level, to be praised and loved. Okra although some may call it exquisite! It offers many health properties to heal our bodies or stay immune to many diseases. Okra is known to regulate body temperature and promotion of health. It has high fiber good in maintaining a colon free from cancers. Any diabetic person can benefit immensely from Okra than waste time in frequenting doctors to be given pills if not injections. Okra is blood stabilizer, and reduces heart diseases. It's fiber it's essential in preventing constipation. Aids vision and lowers risks of cataracts, and macular degeneration and cardiac function. It fights bad cholesterol and can reverse kidney damage, brain health and fight obesity.

How Christianity underdeveloped Africa and created white supremacy. Slaves were taught that were a "Curse of Ham". The Nicacea Bible justified slavery and projected blacks as inferior. Slavery in the Nicacea written Bible is justifiable and Godly authored by those coptic writers who twisted Tehuti scriptures for a gain. Slaves were taught to Absorb pain as an ingredient that opens heavens gates. A new European name and floggings combined with humility and submission was constantly discussed in order to teach slaves to "turn the other cheek," rather than rebel against unjust treatment. When slaves were about to attack their masters Christianity would condition them with biblical parables which teach that the rich will be poor in heaven and the poor will be rich. So let it be! Whites would control their slaves by reading verses such as Titus 2:9 - slaves are to be subjects to their own masters in everything, to do what is wanted and not talk. Also 1 Peter 2: 18 ~ Slaves be subject to your masters with all reference, not only to those who are good and gentle, but to those who are also perverse. This verses were read constantly by slave owners to put their slaves in check. Obedient slaves were rewarded with highest position and associate themselves in masters affairs.

Sekhmet, (Maa - ngala), Maa Ndawu, Maandawe. Not to be mistaken for Ra {Langa) male Tau} Ngwenyama . Sekhmet is moon not sun, she has the womb. Sekhmet and Ra (Langa) are an yin-yang of Bing bang. Sekhmet she's still Nut /Ntu the primordial goddess umaa. She is an femi-9 (feminine) creator who lights the earth at 9te (night), The reason in we are born after 9 months (moons) in our mothers womb. She repels the darkness and Illuminates the sky. She balances the uni-verse with Ra {Langa) sun not her son Horus (hours). She has become deleted and X} her DNA. Many have failed to identify her although they have a water world spirits, Her figure is 8, to prove that her womb is 0 Fondation that birthed, the cosmic egg. MA ngala, mamndawu she's known in being awakened with blue candles a symbol of ocean and the sky, the breaking of waters in any woman's womb. She's the illuminary. She holds the keys of many monarchs and her consort Ra (Langa) sun. She governs the 9te life as an illuminary dragging the stars up above and sea-men} semen) navigate on her waters as they search for unknown outer lands. When someone speaks of vandzawu he's speaking of the nobles who were initially matriarchal like va/chewa people. These people were ruled by female priestesses and they knew Sekhmet. They happily subjected to the ancient order, when women were law makers and men were law enforcers, and sons of Maa} while the vachewa, vashumbas and vandzawu were womb (moon) oriented the vakhalangas (vakaranga) abantu vaka LANGA were solar based and these people they were Tau - Ra} womb & Sun and still today a Mushona /Ndawu they Tau-Ra meaning an utterance or to speak, which like Ying /yang /Big /bang theory Gods spoke to each other and said let's make Av/ANU} Vanhu /aBa/Ntu. So are Ngunis who knew uMlenzemunyi a forgotten womb a portal of entry and exit. In a vulgarised context tsonga/shangaan groups never hid about the xito/mbo/mbo/lo fecundity of creation mbo/lo/mbo/vo which many have associated with e/mbo in Kenya and Kongo. Early ancestors of tsonga/shangaan groups associated Kongo as Nkongo which was still the womb that created our early ancestors. Embo is an embryo of mama ngala, Sekhmet the female lion goddess and early vaNguni ancestors associated with her with womb and there is her symbology in the shields they used to protect themselves and their spears which lanced at their enemies symbolized men's phalia like Obelisk (tekken) which is Geb's phalia having in*******se with Mama nut which is still the hidden Sekhmet or uninavanhu they do not want you know, the reason almost many African nations have a calling in water divine spirits. The reason in all religions initiation/Baptism is water based.
