It might have been a while since I posted something, not exactly stopped baking but it has become a weekend relaxing session saying I am working full time now ... I always love the peace baking brings. Some people enjoy some retail therapy, I love stepping into a kitchen, putting on the baking face and using the talent God gave me to produce something special. This weekend I put a smile on a little 5 year old's face when she saw her cake. Happy birthday to my little neighbor.

Some Christmas Trifle in a glass. PERFECT for desert size for some of us... but bare in mind some just couldn't get enough of it.....

This is a Cherry Based jelly, filled with strawberries, rasberries and some Bo***ir Fingers topped with homemade custard and whipped cream.

Cup Cakes for my Princesses 9th Birthday... Ala COVID style before Government closed Private schools as well🤦‍♀️... This was some precious mommy /Princess bonding time.
