If you’re battling with PCOS it’s always best to try stay away from gluten as much as possible but just because it says gluten free, doesn’t make it healthy.
Gluten is just a protein found in some wheat and grains. For many the body struggles to break this down leading to digestive difficulties and inflammation.
So in a nutshell gluten free means exactly that, but it’s not a guilt free pass to eat poorly. So no more eating gluten free ice cream and cookies daily.

This is by far the question I receive the most frequently and I can understand why it’s frustrating lots of women right?
I totally get it. If your most problematic area is the STOMACH, shouldn’t you just just be doing sit ups?
No, no and no. To lose weight there are certain heart rate zones you need to hit(this is different for everyone) and doing crunches and using the ab roller won’t get you there.
Yes you’ll feel sore (everyone loves that feeling 😅) you may see a tiny shift in your body but it won’t be adequate to get you the total loss you want to see.
Mix and match, target multiple muscle groups and most importantly try to enjoy yourself while doing so and your body will thank you in a way you could have never imagined. I’d love to help. I’m a DM away.

Commonly I’m asked what the benefits of having a personal health and weight loss coach and this here is one of those.
This eating diary is from a new client of mine that was convinced she’s immune to losing weight. She exercised 6 times a week , ate well and just couldn’t understand why she never lost weight. Looking at her eating I could immediately pin point why she’s not losing weight.

Commonly I’ve found that the biggest mistake that many make is to try do too many things at once and that just leads to you becoming overwhelmed and frustrated.
So start off by:
✅taking a more active route and walking often.
✅having breakfast.
✅limit sugar intake sand alcohol (don’t binge drink)
✅drink more water.
✅less take aways and fast foods.
Commit to the journey and be patient with both yourself and your body.

I'm constantly asked what's the best way to lose weight and not to pick it up again and this is commonly due to many fad diets that are followed currently.
Understand this. If you want to lose weight and you DRASTICALLY have to change your lifestyle to fit your "new plan" then chances are that's its not for you and very Unsustainable.
But in the same breath you cant still expect to keep up with your poor habits and expect to make progress. Change is good. But be careful! This is why hiring a health coach (me of course😉) is important.
You need a plan and structure for "YOU" not everyone but you!!! I can't expect my clients to follow the same deficits but they all weigh different and struggle differently. This is why many quit and give up!!!

It's human nature to find problems with everything and anyone else but ourselves, but once you have a different perspective you'll quickly understand that 9 times out of 10 you are the reason for your downfall.
