Part II - Wildebeest
After Travis shot this beautiful Wildebeest, he immediately radioed us and we were on our way. Travis told us the story and our trackers saw the blood and told us right from the start this is a perfectly executed shot. 20 yards later we found him underneath the Camel Thorn tree
Part I - Wildebeest
When hunting in Africa our trackers can immediately identify if your shot was good or bad by looking at the blood of the antelope.
The horns of an old warrior.
Another big congrats to one of our good friends Travis on this exceptional Blue Wildebeest. He finally managed to take down this absolute brute of an animal. Being on his list for quite some time.

The Blue Wildebeest, also known as the Poor Man's Buffalo, this species gets its name from its similarity to the Cape Buffalo as well as from observations that it is as tough as its irate bovine relatives.

Buffalo down 🐃
It was a risk but it played out perfectly.
After 5days of following a single spoor we finally caught up with the buffalo.
Our client took the shot at 30 yards.
The reason for this close shot was, that it was so thick you could bearely see 15 yards in front of you.
