Sick Leave entitlement : During a sick leave cycle which is a period of 36 months a permanent employee will be entitled to the amount of sick leave equal to the number of days the employee would normally work during a six week period namely should you work 5 days your entitlement will be 5X6 =30 days should you work 6 days your entitlement will be 6x6=36 days . Should you have been employed for less than 6 months your entitlement will be 1 day for every 26 days worked. Should you have been employed for more than 6 months sat 7 months you will be entitled to the full 30 days.
