Document & Archive Management Specialist
Qualification: (Any of the following or other relevant degree/diploma)
• Information Science
• Archives & Record Management
• Business Administration
Sound Experience & Knowledge of:
• Working with archival / academic documents and / or books,
• Scanning / imaging of documents and books according to archival standards.
• Development of metadata for files.
• Experience with a digital asset management system for document scans
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring compliance of client document management system (Various South African Legislation governing the above)
• Drafting of Policies & Procedures regarding Digital Asset Management.
• Review and documentation of standards and processes for scanning of archival documents.
• Digitisation of archival documents according to a strategy
• Develop the metadata and labels for each file
• Organise the digital copies of archival documents in such a way that these can be easily retrieved using a digital asset management system.
Key Qualities:
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent command of English language
• Good Communicator
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years experience.
• Sandton based position with occasional travel required.
• Salary negotiable based on qualification and experience.

Dynamic HRM is looking for a UI/UX Designer to intern for 6 months. The intern will be working in the Sandton office and reporting to the technical head to complete client projects under the senior project manager and produce in house products under the head of product.

The intern will be expected to produce web designs, mobile application designs, graphics, animations, content and branding using the Adobe Creative Suite and the Yootheme Pro page builder. The intern will be working in a team environment and learning on the job in order to design experiences for product users and customers.

Requirements: Create mock ups and web designs using Yootheme Pro, Create U/X designs and user interfaces , Develop animations, marketing and branding, Design corporate identities, Contribute to project planning, Contribute to product conceptualization, Interface with clients regarding design, Liaise with teammates in U/X discussions.

Strategic Role Objectives: Complete all client installations, Complete, Pivotal 2.0, Complete UPLIFT.africa, Complete company knowledge base, Implement company corporate identity.

Areas of Responsibility: U/X Testing and debugging, Knowledge transfer, Self-improvement and research, Areas of Accountability, Design quality, Task completion.

Key Performance Indicators: Task productivity (speed and quality of resolution), Range of media formats produced, Production software proficiency and range, Aesthetic quality of designs, Client and user feedback.

Salary offered for this internship is R10000 per month. As this is salary falls in the top range of internship salaries, we are specifically looking for designers with a competitive edge.
