We have a vested interest in our clients, we love who we work with and have felt our clients plight in these uncertain times. Last week Wednesday was an emotional day for the restaurant trade when it stood together in solidarity, its losses highlighted with the social media movement . We have watched good people, hard working people, self made people that are passionate about their trade and their staff being brought to their knees. Franco Adams a passionate restauranteur and owner of Copper Club Paarl & Cattle Baron Paarl started in the restaurant trade in 1998 and has opened 14 restaurants to date, has been trying to make the best out of a bad situation by opening up his restaurants for take aways. Franco and his staff took to the streets on Wednesday in an attempt to bring attention to the severe knock on effect that the governments decision to ban alcohol consumption, and the strict regulations of social gathering along with curfews has had on an industry that contributes so much to the economy.

With restaurants been given the green light to reopen after enforced closure due to Coronavirus, many restaurants are preparing to throw open their doors albeit a little differently than before. Sadly The Terrace at D’Aria has decided to wait a bit before reopening.

This client inspires us, the interior design at D’Aria by Sam is simple but inventive, the menu is diverse and a real crowd pleaser, the setting is picturesque.
