⚠️ Stop celebrating with food! Do something you would have never done, whether it is a full day spa or making a celebratory garden.

⚠️ Have a plan - find a meal plan that works for YOU and STICK to that! The most important thing is if you fall to just immediately go back to your plan and remember WHY you are doing this!

⚠️ Stop the judgement and self shaming! This only rises your cortisol levels and put your body in fight mode - which mean your body can't heal!

⚠️ This was the hardest lesson for me... No one is coming to save you... This journey is all on YOU and ABOUT you! You need to pick yourself up and win.
