Khumo Aphane Counselling Services
My practice offers counselling and assessment services to individuals and families. I work from a person-centred approach, drawing on solution focused (SFBT), cognitive behavioural (CBT) and play therapy techniques. Each session and method is always tailored to a client's specific needs. Your well-being is my ultimate concern. Whether you are an adolescent, adult, a parent needing support for their child or a family member seeking help. I also work with a multi-disciplinary, HPCSA- registered team that takes a holistic approach to your mental well-being. My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence and assist you through your crisis as well as your journey of personal development. I hope to help you learn and understand the way your brain is wired, using a holistic approach to help you reach your potential. in all aspects of your life: relationally, spiritually, financially and emotionally.
