Covid steam..
1 drop of each of these essential oils (yes the oregano in the blue labeled bottle is the same as the one pictured here, in S Africa you will only get it in the blue label, it’s the same thing)
Put a drop of each in a stainless steel or glass bowl, add hot water, then carefully put your head over the bowl of oily steam and then a towel over your head and inhale into your lungs and also through your nose.
It can be strong so take it easy, some have preferred to allow the water to cool slightly before going to cover your head with the towel.
