Die Warm Rasta Rum is aged in our maturation cellar. A combination of the Free State climate and specifically charred barrels used for culturing, create this uniquely flavoured rum. Barrels are selected at the optimum ageing time; the rum is then blended, filtered and bottled.

Our production starts with refined molasses and cane sugar. The fermentation process is enabled by specific yeast cultures in combination with a blend of Borehole and RO water, ensuring no harmful effects on the environment.

Cognac Leyrat is estate-grown in the fins bois area and has always produced high quality cognac issued from wines grown, distilled and matured in oak casks, and exclusively bottled on the domaine. Full and rich cognac, which shows great aromatic complexity on the nose. It develops wonderfully round and elegant notes of cedar, stewed fruits and honey. On the palate, spices and oaky flavours give the tasting an extraordinary length with amazing richness made of candied fruits, pepper and cinnamon. The finish is warm yet sustained by hints of lemon as well as cigar box and candied orange.
