＜Non-Dispersive Ultraviolet absorption method (NDUV)＞
NDUV is a method that utilizes molecular ultraviolet absorption. Since ozone ( ) absorbs UV radiation at a specific wavelength, so this method can be used to measure O₃ gas. Since O₃ gas has a maximum absorption band in the ultraviolet region at 253.7 nm, this wavelength is used to measure its concentration.
