I'm Sanisha - a therapist, yogi, creative, cat mom, nature lover, and tea drinker. I've been in the field of mental health for 11 years, first as a registered counsellor and then a clinical psychologist.
In my practice, I combine Jungian psychology with trauma-informed body practices, taking a holistic approach to healing. By focusing on the deep connection between mind and body, we can shed light on the intricacies of the human psyche.
I am passionate about understanding the mind-body relationship and am currently immersing myself in yoga teacher training, Ayurveda and Somatic Experiencingยฎ.
I truly believe that each of us possesses innate inner wisdom, guiding us towards healing. My role is to accompany you on your journey, guiding you to unlock your own inner wisdom and facilitate transformation.
Thank you for being here, I hope you find the information on this page meaningful in your own journey ๐

When we are faced with challenges, we usually experience internal conflict and might feel stuck in how to proceed. This conflict can be difficult to manage, and our reaction is usually to go one way or another.
But, two opposites can exist within us, simultaneously:
We are allowed to be a masterpiece while being a work in progress.
We are allowed to grieve while embracing life.
We are allowed to feel joy while feeling pain.
We are allowed to feel gratitude for our jobs while feeling pressured.
Jung believed that enduring the tension of holding the opposites, created the potential for transformation to occur. By holding the tension, we create a space for something new to emerge, whether that be an idea, a different perspective, a feeling, or a way of being.
