This is just a short version of how we started and how thankful we are for all your support.
"In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic brought my business to its knees. Our pillow manufacturing operation, once thriving, came to a grinding halt. But in the midst of adversity, an opportunity arose to make a difference in our community.

We started a grassroots initiative to feed our neighbors and provide a safe space for children to learn and express themselves through arts, drama, and life skills. This endeavor brought hope and joy to our community during a dark time.

In 2021, we decided to take our community efforts to the next level by starting a small takeaway business. With just four cups of flour, ten Vienna sausages, and a block of cheese, we began selling tiny pizzas for R7 each. It was a humble beginning, but our dedication and passion for good food quickly gained traction.

Fast forward to today, and our takeaway has evolved into 'Dik Eet,' a beloved establishment serving a diverse menu to our loyal customers. Our journey from pillows to pizzas has been nothing short of remarkable, and we're grateful for the resilience and support of our community."
