1.Be open to critics and judgment, learn to control your emotions. Not everything needs a reaction or response.
2.Do no shame anyone or look down on anyone. Always try considering the other person before yourself and expect nothing in return.
3.Talk less and listen more. The more you listen to what people are saying the more you learn about them.
4.Be honest, have morals and principles. Know how to differentiate between right and wrong and follow principles of being as honest as possible. This may be a dislike to some people but its good for you.

What Is UkuThwala? And what are the side effects?

This is a topic in my field I consider sensitive and underrated. UkuThwala is when you're going to take or accept a spitual being (creature) for wealth or earthly purposes (mind, it can be both spiritual and physica.l It evolves around spirits).
In other cases its necessary, like if uthwala for amadlozi, you only slaughter once a year a goat or sheep.
