South Africa: OID Return of Earnings (ROE) Submission for 2023/2024
The Compensation Fund published Government Gazette No.: 50109 https://zurl.co/0Vcv on 12 February 2024, informing employers of the following:
• The submission period for the 2023/2024 ROE will be from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024.
• Employers must submit the ROE using the online platform: https://zurl.co/sE1M
• A penalty of 10% will be charged on late submissions.
• Interest will be charged on accounts made after 30 days of the invoice date and on overdue accounts.
• It is the employer’s responsibility to notify the Compensation Fund of any change in particulars.
Budget Speech - Wednesday, 21 Feb 2024.
The Parliamentary Programme Framework for 2024 has been released, and it confirms that the Budget Speech for 2024 will be held on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024.
This earlier reschedule allows payroll systems to affect any changes that affect your payroll office and system in time for the first 2024-2025 tax year pay process.
PayHCM will be that updated payroll system, as always.

No initial purchase or annual license fee.
A standard monthly fee is charged for up to 30 employees for the HRIS in your hands. From 31 employees a charge per payslip generated is charged.
A small add-on monthly fee is charged for outsourced services as you would not need your staff to perform outsourced functions and we have to pay ours!
No hidden fees for system upgrades, system maintenance, data protection systems, disaster recovery, etc.
Initial data take-on fees are charged depending on the hours needed to create your company, load your employees and do a parallel dummy run for comparison and acceptance. This process generally takes 2-3 days with electronic data provided by you. As a standard we charge half the time needed.
DELIVERY DATE
You can be live on the PayHCM system and paying within 2 weeks of PayHCM signing you as a client, receiving your final requirements and then your employee data on our excel spreadsheet templates!
