Christmas is celebrated to remember the birth of of Jesus Christ, who Christians believe is the Son of God. The name 'Christmas' comes from the Mass of Christ (or Jesus). A Mass service (which is sometimes called Communion or Eucharist) is where Christians remember that Jesus died for us and then came back to life.

HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS! !!☺👪❤

He will swallow up death permanently. The sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from every face, and remove his people’s disgrace from all the earth. Indeed, the Lord has announced it! — Isa 25:8 NET
Our restlessness in this world seems to indicate that we are intended for better. We are longing after happiness; and surely the Creator will gratify all the natural desires he has implanted in us.
Prayer
Loving Father, help me to guard my inclinations. May I be able to appreciate that though I may be restless from ambition, I also may be restless through discontent. Correct my life, that my desires may meet the true demands of my soul. Strengthen me with the power of calmness, that "I may go softly all my years," even though I walk through the bitterness of sorrow. Amen.

Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace. For the sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey God’s laws, and it never will. That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.

POWERLESS POWER
1samuel 31:1-6
16:1/18:10/28:6,18

It's so tragic at what David went through in the hands of Saul his master, I'm sure we are all familiar with this story. There's a lot to learn But there's something very important also that we need to see and learn from. When the spirit of God left Saul, an evil spirit then possessed him and took over and started manifesting through him. That's not we're I'm going but follow closely..
After Saul disobeyed God several times and the evil spirit possessed him, he knew it but he never took a break from his duties knowing fully well that the spirit of God had left him but rather he continued to lead the people..But what good can come from the evil spirit right? No good at all! He never took time out to go back to God and ask for forgiveness of his sins and repent genuinely. If he had done that God would have had mercy on him and maybe he would find grace again in the sight of God and the evil spirit would have been taken away and he would be possessed by the spirit of God as before..because we all know how merciful our God is.
But he didn't, instead Overwhelmed with bitterness and anger started chasing after David the man God had replaced him with..He continued being a king that had already been replaced by God himself..therefore being a powerless King without God the King of kings.
Now pay attention! This is were I'm going..
If the spirit of God had left Saul and an evil spirit possessed him because of disobedience to God we all know what will come out of anything evil..but my concern now is about the people that he was still leading as a powerless King.
Because of his pride, hatred, jealousy, selfishness and arrogance. He lead a lot of people to their death because he refused to humble himself as a leader and go back to God the King of kings. All the soldiers, commanders and troops that God had given to him when he was made King, he later mislead them and lead them to fight battles that he knew fully well that no longer had the backup of God..
Therefore, making everyone who followed his leadership perish!
***
May Almighty God help us as soldiers in the body of Christ not to perish under a powerless leader! In Jesus name! Amen!
My prayer is also for soldiers in the body of Christ to pray for open eyes and open ears, to hear directly from God our true Father and All powerful.
***
Perhaps the soldiers of Saul only followed because they were loyal and loved their King and did anything and everything he asked them to do..same applies to the soldiers in the body of Christ, maybe you have lots of questions with no answers or you are presently under a powerless leader. Because of the genuine love you have for Jesus..I pray! May he not allow you perish in what you thought was right but in his infinite mercy and by his righteous right hand remove you from every powerless leader. In Jesus name! Amen!
MAY ALMIGHTY GOD GRANT US UNDERSTANDING! Amen.

Recognize Your Seed. Your Seed is any gift, skill, or talent that God has provided for you to sow into the lives of others. Do not hide it. Use it. Celebrate it. It carves the road to your future. Even Joseph wanted others to recognize his ability to interpret dreams. Examine the invisible giftings within you. Discern opportunities to sow them...and you will produce favor beyond your wildest dreams.

God has spoken plainly, and i have heard it many times.
Power, O God, belongs to you; unfailing love, O Lord, is yours.
Surely you repay all people according to what they have done.

If you’re to become everything God has created you to be, you can’t get stuck in a rut and think you’ve reached your limits, doing the same thing the same way all the time. But when you open yourself to new people and new ideas, you are making room for God to reveal Himself to you. You are making room for Him to work in your life. Make the decision to explore something new this week. Take a different route home from work. Try something new on the menu at lunch. Be open to new people who may not necessarily look like you or act like you. Let God direct and expand your horizons. As you do, you’ll encounter new opportunities and live the satisfied, full life the Lord has in store for you!

WORDS LIKE HONEY
Proverbs 16:24

Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.
Proverbs 16:24

Honey served as an illustration of the power of words in the Old Testament. Just as honey brings delight and satisfaction, so can pleasant and edifying words. Just as nutritious foods help to build human health, so wise and loving words can build up the spiritual and emotional health of people. Building up others (“edifying” is the biblical word) is a major responsibility of Christians. Paul told the Romans to pursue “the things by which one may edify another” (Romans 14:19)—and that certainly includes our words.

Our words truly have the power of life and death, the power to heal or destroy; so always choose them wisely and make sure they are words that bring healing—and that are constantly edifying.
Look for a way today to build up and encourage another person by the words you speak to them. Let your words be like honey to their soul.
Whatever moves the heart wags the tongue.

Sometimes it takes the uncomfortable paths to lead Your life to a beautiful place..I know its hard, But you will never see the purpose of the storm, until you see the growth it produces. So make the best of the storm let it be the catalyst that speeds you up to your promotion and greater height..
Hold on.. Your change is coming! That situation is about to change. Your life is about to turn around. Wait for your change! Though it tarry, wait for it! It will surely come.

TRUE LOVE
ROMANS 5:8

"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

These are amazing words.God sent Jesus Christ to die for us, not because we were good enough, but because he loved us. He loved us even before we turned to him. If God loved you when you were a rebel, he can surely strengthen you, now that you love him in return.

JESUS REFUSED TO BENEFIT HIMSELF
Christ’s motives could be summed up in one word, COMPASSION. He was driven by love and never by fear, gain, or popularity. Absolutely He lived FOR US. When He left the Carpenter's bench He first faced fierce temptations. They can all be summed up. He was tempted to think about Himself. One test was to feed Himself by a miracle, another was to receive all the Kingdoms on earth as a gift, and the other was to perform a wonderful sign that would have everybody acclaiming Him as Messiah. Jesus was repelled by the very suggestion. He went hungry, He was crucified instead of crowned, and He was charged with blasphemy instead of being deified. When they applauded Him, He wept for them. They tried to make Him King by force, but He chose the Cross. Going to His death He told the women of Jerusalem to weep for themselves, not for Him - they were His last thought. “O come, let us adore Him…” Will you join in? God bless you.

👑A CROWN OF GRACE👑
MATTHEW 18:22

We should forgive others, not only because God has forgiven us, but because it’s the right thing to do, but then once we’ve forgiven them, we can’t keep bringing it up. If it’s buried, and you’ve had the funeral, don’t exhume the unforgiven sin! God does not do that with us and neither should we do that with others. If we keep reminding them of their sin against us, have we really forgiven them? By constantly or occasionally bringing up past grievances, we show we’ve not really forgiven them, because it’s still on our minds! Once more let Jesus’ teaching soak into our brains: “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven” (John 6:37). It’s not easy to forgive others for what they’ve done to us, but think about this. It’s not easy for others to forgive us either, but God’s forgiven us, so we must do the same for others. We don’t wait till we feel like forgiving someone. Forgiveness is a choice. Jesus didn’t feel like going to the cross, but He knew it was the only way.

LET HIM LEAD.
Psalm 37:2

Walking with God demands your total submission. Walking ahead of God is a disaster..likewise walking behind him is a tragedy..so you need to walk closely, side by side with him to enjoy the work and experience the power that comes with walking with God.
God doesn't lead those that want to walk on their own..He doesn't walk with a proud person he resists them so they can't even walk with him. Where God leads he provides..If God leads you to it he will definitely defend his interest concerning the matter, he will see you through the thick and thin. All you have to do is just let him lead.
Are you going through a tough time in your marriage; business or career?? I have a question for you? Did God lead you there? Are you only calling God to appear and help you sort out the mess you only created for yourself because you refused to walk with him and let him lead your life?
That marriage that's going through problems and on the verge of breaking..Did you ask him to lead you before entering into the marriage? That business that's not doing great..Did God lead you into it in the first place? That career..Did God lead you to it?
We sometimes feel like we can phantom the things of God with our human minds and that's been the cause of so many terrible things in human life. We forget that the thought of God is way different than our thoughts..
We make decisions based on our human understanding neglecting the one that created the whole heaven and the earth..we even make plans forgetting the owner of the life we live.

The Lord directs our steps,
so why try to understand everything along the way? Psalm20:24 NLT

The ways of God is foolishness unto men.
You need to be a fool when dealing with God ..people might call you names..walk over you and treat you otherwise but stay humble and never derail from your walk with God. because that human wisdom is nothing compared to his. He knows the end from the beginning and remember his promise concerning you.

You need to learn to put your trust in him, not partially but totally and let him lead every area of your life. Put him first in everything you do..take time to study his word and observe your quiet time to enable you hear from him.
He is always there. He's waiting for you today to welcome him into your life.

If you have been Blessed, Please Share and Like 👍☺

Every process has a beginning, a middle, and an end. And each of these parts are important. If you are going to really enjoy the life Jesus died to give you, you’ll need to learn the importance of starting well (beginning), being consistent (middle), and finishing what you’ve started (end). None of us are perfect, and we all make mistakes from time to time, but the more we study the Word and the closer we get to God, the more we’ll learn to be balanced in each of these areas.

It’s good to be content where we are. It’s good to not always be fighting against everything, but we shouldn’t lose our expectancy. Just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it’s not going to happen. There will always be forces trying to convince us to settle where we are, but you have to stir up your faith. God didn’t bring you this far to leave you. What He started in your life, He’s going to finish. You may not see how it can happen, but He has a way. When you believe, it allows the Creator of the universe to go to work.

STOP HIDING YOUR IDENTITY.
Mark 8:38
Who are you? Or who do people think you are?? What do you portray to people that you are? Doctors an nurses have uniforms which speaks for them you don't see a doctor or nurse and still ask them who they are? A pilot as a uniform that identifies them as a such, A chef the same and so many other occupations and religions.
But these days, we find Christians hiding their identity. We are not proud of our religion..some Christians are still afraid to walk around with their bible. Some can't even put their bible on their office desk as Christians. Some don't even have one and they claim to be christians. Some have it and have not opened it at all today not to mention in the past week or month.. Some only remember they have got a bible only on sundays..Some go to church with tablets and bible apps just because they don't want to be seen carrying the bible or addressed as christians. And we wonder why there is so much powerlessness amongst Christians.. it's time We need to speak the truth regardless of who it offends or doesn't sit well with. But the truth as to be said.
We the Christians need to stop hiding our identity. We need to be proud of the good news we carry. That's why our lives do not manifest the blessings and promises written in the bible concerning us because we are ashamed to even be recognized with the religion.
Jesus says.. Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Mark 8:38 KJV
why most so called Christians can't have tangible testimonies in their lives or why the blessings assigned to the children of God aren't manifesting in their lives is simply because they are ashamed of him and hiding their identity. You find Christians not being able to evangelize to their friends, colleagues or family members because of the secret life they are living..you call yourself a christian but you are today doing the same things the nonbelievers do..how then will you be able to evangelize to them? Ofcourse your christianity has become a mockery. Even this post as you are reading it, its speaking to you but you will not like nor share it just because its the truth in the word of God but you get so eager to repost and share things that do not enrich your soul and spirit of others..
It's very simple, how do you expect something you don't believe in to work for you?? Being a Christian or being born into a family of Christians doesn't guarantee that you will partake in the blessings.. You need to have that personal relationship with God not relying on the relationship your parents had with God. Now it's time for you to have your own personal experience and encounter with God so you can have your own conviction as to why you choose to be a Christian. By doing this then you can walk around knowing the son and daughter of whom you really are..you no longer have to be apologetic about being a christian and start practicing your belief with boldness and audacity.
