Slit across the wrist,
Blood flowing through my palm to my fingers.
Some it slips between my fingers dropping on floor.
I'm smoothly rubbing my thumb across my 4 fingers,
Feeling the texture of the blood: slimy and a lil' bit dry.
I can smell the blood from 60cm away, quite a scent.

My heat is faster, adrenalin rushing, blood constantly coming out of my wrist.
I'm numb and I want to cut deeper,
I'm thinking to move a little bit feather just below the forearm,
I want to feel the pain when I cut and focus on it.
One thing is for sure I need help.

I'm lonely, depressed and I don't want to talk about it.
The thought of it alone makes me cry,
Sometimes I want to commit su***de but I never tried.
I want something that will take me out of my misery.
Would drugs help? Or alcohol would do better?
Perhaps both would be the best, I don't know maybe I should try.
I don't wanna die yet but it's possible that I can overdose.

Maybe I should talk with someone but scared.
I'm scared if I tell someone about my pain they will tell someone else about it
And that person will also tell someone else and so on,
Then I'll be a laughing stock.
Or maybe these are just my insecurities.
but, one thing is for sure I need help.

I don't know which way I should go or where to start
Or maybe I do but I'm scared to.
If there is someone out there who can help me please help.
