Have you ever noticed how an elephants ears are shaped like the continent of Africa? Or how long their eyelashes are. Have you noticed the number and shape of their toenails? All of these body parts play an important function.
Their large ears regulate their body temperature, their rounded toenails protect their toes, and the long eyelashes help keep debris out of their eyes.

Our splash pool is the perfect addition to every hot day in the bush. It is a great place to cool down during the summer heat. Not only do the guests love it but the elephants and banded mongoose frequent the pool for a drink too!

Everyday should be Rhino day because they are just simply magnificent creatures. We are so lucky to be in an area that is home to over 80% of the Rhino population. They definitely bring so much joy to a sighting. ๐ฆ
