Chicken mini wrap ๐
Ingredients
500g Chicken fillet
2 eggs
Tortilla wraps
Mozarella cheese
Jalapeno
1 cup Southern coat crumbs
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs garlic spice
1 tbs chilli flakes
1 tbs mix chicken spice
1 tsp salt
3 tbs mayo
3 tbs tamatoe sauce
Method :
Beat 2 eggs with salt and pepper into a bowl and set aside with crumbs in a separate bowl.
Put your chicken in a pressure cooker on 20 minutes and release pressure or boil your chicken until fully cooked.
Use a fork to shred the chicken in a bowl.
Add your spices to the chicken and mix well.
Add your jalapeรฑo and grated cheese and mix well.
Lastly add your sauces before giving the final mix to create your filling.
Cut your wrap in half and spread some mayo on it to Form mini cones.
Insert your filling and close the top part of the wrap using mayo as a binding agent.
Dip the wrap in egg then into the crumbs and set aside for a few minutes.
You can either deep fry in oil until golden brown or air fry on 200ยฐ C for about 10 minutes flipping half way in.
Served with some tamatoe sauce

Steak snitzels๐๐
Ingredients :
Tenderised steak
Cornflakes crumbs
2 Patatoes
Butternut
Spinach
Cup flour
2 Tsp steak spice
2 Tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp garlic spice
1tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
Oil
Method :
Mallet the Tenderised steak as thin as possible, add your salt and pepper to the steak and set aside.
Mix the rest of the spices with the cup of flour to create a coat.
Whisk your 2 eggs ina seperate container set aside.
Crumbs to be in a bowl as well.
Dip the steak in the flour and ensure its fully covered. Dip in egg yolk and into crumbs, no steak should be visible.
Deep Fry in oil until golden brown.
Mash Patatoes : cut up Patatoes and boil until soft, mash and add salt pepper and butter to mix.
Butternut :cut up Butternut and boil until soft, mash and add salt pepper and butter to mix
Spinach :Wilt spinach in boiling water on stove for 1 minute and remove from heat into and ice water bowl for 30 seconds.
Remove excess water.
Sauce for Spinach
Melt 2 tablespoon butter in a pan.
Add 2 teaspoon flour with 1 cup milk as well as cheese
Add salt and pepper to taste
Mix the sauce until creamy
Add spinach to mixture and add more milk as desired
Assemble and enjoy

Goulash bunny HOT chow ๐๐
Ingredients :
Goulash cubes
2 tsp oil
2 onions
4 Patatoes
2 tamatoes
Salt to taste
1 Tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp Durban masala
1 Tsp
3 chillies optional
Grated carrot optional
Uncut bread ( i used a milk loaf )
Method :
Saute your onions and spices for 5 minutes,
Add your tamatoe and allow to cook until tomatoes are soft
Add chopped potatoes and cook until potatoe is soft.
Add you goulash and cook until the meat is soft and tender.
Cut your bread either in half or quater and remove the inside of the bread.
First add some sauce from the curry in your bread to wet the inside. Add Patatoe and goulash in until your satisfied with the amount of food.
Served best with grated carrot and onion/tamatoe/danya/brown vinegar salad

Ingredients :
2 onions
Half green pepper
2 tomato
8 viennas cut in half
Sliced or grated cheese
Salt to taste
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp chilli flakes
1 Tsp sugar
Little bit of Tabasco sauce
Method :
Saute your onions for about 5 minutes, add your tomato and spices and let cook,
Add your viennas and stir then add cheese
Serve on a toasted roll /Sandwhich or hotdog roll topped with feta.

Crunchy HOT boerewors roll ๐๐
Ingredients :
Nippy sausage
Long rolls
Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese
Dorritos of your choice
3 Onion
1tsp masala spice
1tsp Tikka spice
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp garlic lemon spice
Method :
Grill your sausage on a fire or pan once done, set aside.
Saute your onions with above spice until your onions are caramelised.
Cut your roll in half, add your onions and sausage.
Add your crushed up dorritos over the roll and ending it off with a topping of cheese.
Pop in the oven on 180ยฐ until you satisfied with the roll. The edges are toasted and cheese is melted.
Serve with tamato, mustard, or whatever you like/have!!

A nandos inspired chicken experience ๐๐๐ฅ
Ingredients :
8 pieces of chicken
250ml fresh cream
250ml nandos sauce (paprika I used)
2 Tbs lemon lemon juice
1 Tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Sweet Patatoe
Rice
1/2 carrot
Mix veg pack
Method :
Add salt, paprika & lemon juice to the chicken pieces and give them a good rub.
You may put straight into the oven for 45 minutes until fully cooked.
I pressurized the chicken, after cycle into the air fryer for a crispy coat.
Add your nandos sauce and cream to a pot and bring to a quick boil whilst mixing.
Pour your sauce over the cooked chicken and back into the oven for about 5 minutes.
I boiled all the vegetables however the sweet Patatoe I flash fried in a little oil, soft on the inside crispy outside.
Cook rice with little turmeric and salt. Cut your carrot up into pieces and mix with the rice.
Now you may assemble as you desire and enjoy๐๐๐!!!!

Peri peri pineapple chicken ๐๐๐ฅ
Ingredients :
8 chicken pieces
5ml salt
4 cloves garlic crushed
30ml cake flour
3 tsp peri peri spice
1 x can pineapple rings
Cup of rice
Bell peppers
Method :
Rub salt and garlic into chicken,
Mix your flour and peri peri spice over the chicken.
In a ovenproof dish add your chicken portions. Add your pineapple sauce and bake at 180ยฐ for about a hour or until lightly browned.
Ensure you spoon the pineapple sauce over the chicken whilst in oven.
Arrange pineapple syrup over chicken and bake further for 12 minutes,
Served with cooked savoury rice and fried sweet Patatoe ๐๐

Meatball curry ๐
Ingredients
500g beef mince
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 large onion, finely chopped
Tamatoe finely chopped
Bell peppers, finely chopped
ยฝ tsp black pepper,
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted paprika
1 egg
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
ยฝ tsp ground turmeric
Olive oil
Mini rooties
Method :
Form mini balls with mince, Sprinkle salt and pepper and a little bit of flower to bind. flash fry in olive oil until each side is semi cooked then set aside.
Saute all your onions/tamatoes with patatoes and then add your spices to create your curry sauce. Add your Patatoes and Ensure the Patatoes are almost soft before you add the semi cooked meatballs and cook through with some fresh coriander in your pot.
Add water as needed to ensure thick sauce.
Steam your rice/and or fry your mini rooties ๐

Steak stir fry with Butternut ๐
Ingredients :
Steak strips
stir fry mix
Spaghetti of your choice
1 onion
1 tsp lemon garlic spice
1tsp steak and chops spice
1tsp garam masala
1 garlic clove
1tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 beef Knorrox block
2 tbs soya sauce
Butternut
METHOD :
Boil your spaghetti with 1tsp oil and salt until soft, set aside.
Steam your vegetables
until semi soft.
Saute your onion with crushed garlic clove, add your strips and cook until soft (add water as required).
Add your Knorrox and soya sauce, give it a proper mix to marry all spices and flavor.
Add your spaghetti, give it a mix then add your stir fry mix and lastly your Butternut.
Give it one last proper mix and ENJOY!!!!
