Tomorrow I'll be flying to Europe to embark on the final part of my album launch tour. Feeling very excited to be re-united with my fantastic band, Xavi Torres Vicente, Bernard Van Rossum, Jeroen Batterink and Marco Zenini for a series of concerts at some killing venues and festivals. Aside from playing with these fine gents, I'll have the great privilege of sharing the stage with some of the best musicians I know anywhere in the world, Pat Cleaver, Kristijan Krajnčan and Alessandro D'Anna. Looking forward to some CvA, Javaplein garden, Buurvrouw and Hanneke's Boom hangs with my old friends and mentors! Woohooo. Fun times ahead.

Very happy to have participated in the filming of a series by "Militia" coming to Mzansi Magic on DSTV. The 13 part series will showcase young jazz musicians in Johannesburg. With only one rehearsal Marcus Wyatt, Benjamin Jephta, Bokani and Peter Auret did a really good job. Watch this space for updates on when the series will airing...
