We are currently hiring three motivated individuals to join our new team as Service Consultants at our Luggage Storage. Successful candidates will be stationed at our Durban Station office. As a Service Consultant you will be responsible for effeciently managing luggage storage services, coordinating deliveries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
>Handle the storage of luggage, maintaining organization and security.
>Coordinate and execute timely deliveries of luggage to specified destinations
>Provide excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
>Maintain accurate records of stored items and delivery schedules
>Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency for the company

Requirements:
>Grade 12 will be a minimum education qualification
>Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
>Strong organizational and multitasking abililities
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast paced environment
> Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality service

Remuneration:
Luggage storage will open 24 hrs and will have 06:00 to 18:00 shifts then 18:00 to 06:00 shift.
Weekdays shift: Between R5280. 00 and R5808.00 pm
Weekends shift: Between R3960. 00 and R4356. 00 pm.
