JOIN OUR TEAM: Designer Draughtsman [CAD]

We are a well established Consulting Engineering company in Pretoria and we’re looking for an experienced Designer Draughtsman [CAD] with Electrical experience within Building and Infrastructure services to join our team.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate

Contract Type: Permanent employment which includes Company Medical aid and Pension

Place of Work: Silvertondale, Pretoria Office.

Candidate must have accredited REVIT [M&E] training

Minimum of 5 years experience in drawings

Experience in REVIT administration and set up of projects in REVIT

Modelling experience in large Building and Infrastructure related projects within the Electrical fraternity

Knowledge and experience in the design of PV Solar system layouts will be beneficial

Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for:

Compiling of Electrical engineering drawings

Gathering of information and project administration

Assisting with the design of Electrical infrastructure designs

Assisting with the design of PV Solar layouts

Required to work in a fast paced environment

Preparation of reports and documents as necessary

Generate 3D models and working drawings

Maintain and improve existing drawings to digital copies and digital archiving

Software experience

Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit [M&E] & Microstation

Experience with PlanetGIS and ArcGIS will be a benefit

Microsoft Office
