The MCM Group Fund successfully launched the Philanthropic week, it is the community which benefited. Fund members identified a person, or a family whom they feel need a gift or present as an act of generosity. The gift was a chicken or chickens from the Fund poultry project in Mhangura.

The 100 chickens were presented to the friends and families in Mhangura by the Fund members. The Fund most welcomed this initiative. The chickens were sold out.

*From: The President - MCM Group Fund*

*Date: 1st February 2021*

*Subject: State of the Fund*

*Preamble*
January 2021 is the first month after the assumption of duty by the new Executive Board structured as per the sixth amendment. It is also the first time a leader of the Fund is submitting a monthly report. The last time such reports were given was 3-4 years ago by a former treasurer. This month's report is as per the resolution of the Executive Board during its inaugural executive meeting when adopting the 100 Day Plan.

*1. Membership*
Our membership has changed thus over the month:
- At the beginning of January 2021 = 113
- Voluntary exit = 1
- Termination of membership through disciplinary measures = 1
- New entrants = 3
- At the end of the month = 114

*N.B.:* _Our constitution requires that our membership be paid up membership. The above data is unqualified in that respect. Henceforth, the monthly report will indicate the membership under paid up and observer categories, while the Executive Board deliberates on the continuation and relevance of the observer category._

*2. Executive Management*
By mutual agreement, Hon. Witness Magombeyi was allowed to withdraw from the Executive Board. He has since been replaced by Hon. Martin Munyaradzi Sauke through the requisite constitutional process. Hon. Sauke is now the Procurement Executive and an ex-officio member of the Finance Committee.

Only two voting meetings were held by the Executive Board; the first to discuss the 100 Day Plan and the second to consider the appointed members of the Executive Board organs for approval. These organs are the Finance Committee, the Community Projects Committee and the Linkages & Advocacy Committee.

It will be all systems green for these organs in the month of February 2021 as we start on projects.

DEAR MHANGURA!

Wherever we are,let us ask yourselves. What have we done to assist our beloved community in whatever way. Let us ask ourselves, what Mhangura has done to us. How many are we out there. We are too many to count. We owe that community a lot. We came up with the MCM Group Fund to find ways to assist the community. The Fund is mainly assisting the less privilege kids to go to school. The Fund has come out with a pilot poultry project in partnership with Mhangura High School. We are looking forward to having pilot projects at mine primary and Chebanga primary. We want these projects to take care of the Fund beneficiaries needs, and helping more less privilege kids.

If we all come together as one MCM family, we can make a difference in our beloved community.

We invite former students and residents of Mhangura to the MCM Group Fund. Drop your whatsapp number, the Fund will contact you for more details about the Fund.

26/12/2019

We are proud of you Hon Vickness Kambarami, the Fund project in partnership with Mhangura High is in safe hands. Thank you again Mhangura Chapter.

Good evening MCM GROUP FUND members,

*Date: Tuesday 17th December 2019*

*NOTICE of Expiry of Term*

The term of the current Executive Board is expiring on 31st December 2019. When the term expires, the Founders' Council will conjointly work with the Internal Audit Committee as an Acting Executive Board, while nominations and elections are ongoing. This Acting Executive Board will be in charge for a maximum of 14 days, after which the new Board will be ushered into office. Some executive positions are not renewable while some will be renewable. I will give you details later.

By this notice, therefore, the current Executive Board are informed to wrap up operations and prepare their portfolio reports before the 31st December 2019.

Let the Founders' Council also start preparing accordingly.

*By Order of the Founders' Council*

Sincerely,

Itai Zaba
