Congratulations to Jan Chairman of Queensburgh Youth Rugby Club and Marizaan on the birth of there baby girl today.

Good morning.

Following the Presidents speech last night the DSRU have announced that “All practices and tournaments including meetings has been suspended until further notice.” So there will be no practice until further notice. It a pity but given where the world is right now is a small sacrifice for the better good. Keep your little ones safe and take the time to practice with them at home to keep them sharp, fit and happy.

The DRSU is looking forward to the 2020 Mini rugby season and invite all interested parents to contact the club chairperson of the rugby club closest to you if you would like your children to join and play rugby.

Parking will be R5 tomorrow and Sunday at Harlequins. We will have a guard watching over the vehicles. Please do not leave valuables exposed in your vehicles.

Congratulations to the players that have been invited to the Sharks club trials this weekend.

Unfortunately these times and dates can't be changed.
Please take note that the tour cost is R7500.

Date of trials : 03 and 04 August 2019
Venue : Harlequins Rugby Club
Administration fee : *R100* per player

On Saturday the 3rd of August 2019 the following age groups will have trials :

_U14_ - Registration and fitting of clothing starts at 07h00 to 07h45.
1st trial game starts at 08h00

_U15_ - Registration and fitting of clothing starts at 10h00 to 10h45.
1st trial game starts at 11h00

_U16_ - Registration and fitting of clothing starts at 13h00 to 13h45.
1st trial game starts at 14h00

On the Sunday the 4th of August 2019 the following age groups will have trials :

_U18_ - Registration and fitting of clothing starts at 07h00 to 07h45.
1st trial game starts at 08h00

_U13_ - Registration and fitting of clothing starts at 10h00 to 10h45.
1st trial game starts at 11h00

_U12_ - Registration and fitting of clothing starts at 13h00 to 13h45.
1st trial game starts at 14h00

Please take note of the following that needs to be adhere to:

Only players on the list will be excepted to play on the day in question.
Players will pay administration fee of R100, if not he will not part take.
All players and parents please be informed that this is the final trails.

Teams selected will be the final team.

Players are not allowed to wear any club kit, school kit, previous KZN Duikers kit, Bokkie week kit, Craven week kit, Sharks Youth kit to trails.

The first games will be on Sunday 21st of July 2019, venue to be confirmed. There will be two tournaments and then trails. Trails will be on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of August 2019.
