Introducing the new White Oak Home Improvement & Décor owners - Steve & Vivienne ❤️..Steve has both a practical and artistic background.  Apart from Steve having worked in electrical maintenance & design, specialising in industrial equipment for various manufacturing industries over the years, he also has a woodworking background.  After years of being the Production Manager at a well known Furniture Manufacturing business, Steve ventured off on his own focussing on wooden mouldings, windows and window frames, doors and door frames and benches.  What makes Steve such a great fit for White Oak Home Improvement & Decor is his love for furniture renovations, coupled with his experience in painting which stems from renovating vintage vehicles for shows / concours d'elegance. 
Vivienne has a long history in textile art and quilting, teaching textile techniques and making a name for textile craft as an art.  Vivienne has, in collaboration with the Pretoria Art Museum launched the first textile art exhibition in early 2000.  An exhibition that travelled from one venue and museum to the next for 18 months with a curated selection of textile art from as far afield as Tanzania.  The exhibition was a huge success, second only to the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition and was featured on the art show on kyk-NET.  Vivienne also owned the Pinkhaus Gallery in Great Brak which was featured in numerous magazines and newspapers.  In fact, Pasella twice did a feature on Vivienne’s Pinkhaus.  Vivienne’s passion and eye for colour, texture, design and how these elements all work together is an added bonus to furniture refinishing. 
You can see why we feel absolutely blessed that our paths have crossed with this very talented couple.  We are confident and thrilled to be leaving our small furniture refinishing business in the very capable hands of this lovely duo.

Eye Candy 👀❤️.. furniture refinishing means we get to see all our client's interiors. We appreciate how our refinishing projects must compliment each client's style, passions and interior. Part of the Malta project was this dining room table. We have staged and photographed only the main table. It still has 6 leaves to expand into a 10 / 12 seater table 😍. It is enormous and beautiful! You can just imagine how much light this transformed set is going to allow into a room.
