This is an open competition for all Amateur Kickboxers in the styles; Semi, Light Contact; Full Contact, K1 and Forms.

Place: Brakpan Indoor Sports Centre, Jan Smuts Park, Bedford and Elliot Street.

Weigh In: All fighters weigh in on Saturday morning 20th August 2016. Juniors Musical Forms, Semi & Light Contact starting at 07H30 to 09H00, Seniors Musical Forms, Semi & Light Contact starts at 10H30 to 11H30. All Full Contact Juniors & Seniors 09H00 to 10H00. Late comers will not be accommodated. Every participant must have a completed indemnity form at the relevant weigh in. Print a copy from the SAKA web site. www.kickboxer.co.za

An open competition for all Amateur Kickboxers in the styles; Semi, Light Contact Fighting, Musical Forms and Musical Weapon forms
Place: Brakpan Indoor Sports Centre, Jan Smuts Park, Bedford and Elliot Street.
Weigh In: Saturday morning 20 September 2014 starting at 07h30 to 08h30 at the venue. Late comers will not be accommodated. Every participant must have a completed indemnity at the weigh in. Down load a copy from the kickboxer web site.
Competition Procedure: Start at 09h00 with the officials briefing. Competition begins at 09h30
Entries: Participation is R150-00 for one or two styles 7 up and under 7years (Semi Only allowed) R110-00 For every extra activity you participate in you pay an additional R30-00. Once you have entered there are no refunds. Entry fees are paid at the weigh in. Make sure you have the correct cash.
Rules, Regulations and weight divisions: See web site. Download the Indemnity from the web site and ensure that all your participants have completed the indemnity to be handed in at the weight in. NO INDEMNITY, NO PARTICIPATION.
Equipment: Only regulated equipment will be allowed. Check web site under regulation equipment. Groin guards must be strapped to your body under your clothes. T-Shirts must be tucked in. Long pants must be worn for high kick styles.
INSTRUCTORS!!! ENSURE THAT YOUR STUDENTS UNDERSTAND THE EQUIPMENT RULE. SAFETY IS OUR INTEREST.
Dress: All officials must be dressed in black trousers, SAAKA Golf shirt or white shirt and tie / bow tie. Participants must wear kickboxing clothes or Gi. No T-Shirts may hang out.
Agreement: Instructors and Assistant instructors will be officiating not coaching. Clubs can have one coach per floor. People not working will not be allowed between the Tatamis and Ring.
Divisions: White and Yellow, Orange and Green, Blue and up belts. Should a semi / light contact division not have 5 or more fighters the fighters of that division will be re-arranged between the higher and lower divisions. We will be strict in applying the rules. Should a fighter not defend him / herself the bout will be stopped. ( We will look at age as well, don’t want 10 year old fighting 15 year old) We want to build future fighters.
Spectators: FREE ENTRY.

Important Notice : This Tournament caters only for juniors in Crèches, Pre-School and Primary levels.(No Students over15years)
