We have a few Rugby Championship Bok games coming up soon.

After two massive months of the with almost 1000 people doing the 15km trek between the two pubs, we are changing things up slightly going forward.

You will still be able to do the challenge whenever suits you, with cold Devils Peak Lager (2 for 1) and hot pizza (half price) awaiting you at the finish line. Please just note that it takes a while to get the pizza ovens hot, so you may have to wait till a little later in the day than 9am!

On top of that, we are looking to get as many of you doing the challenge on the last Saturday of each month where will put on a "little extra" with the help of our friends at Devils Peak.

It has been amazing to see the good vibes of runners all finishing and discussing their efforts over an ice cold one or two, so we are doing everything we can to encourage more of that!

Keeping it simple on Saturday morning for rugby. Come enjoy a breakfast burger and Duane running over a few kangaroos at 9am.

Shooooh - I am also excited to see Duane Vermeulen back on the park for Sundays game (you've booked right?). Hoping the Bok pack takes the Aussies down like I am about to take down a double cheese burger to kick the weekend off.

The Toad never reveals its sauces, but with our recently refurbished Prego Steak Roll - 'if you know, you know'.

At R90, I've eaten it for lunch for 3 days in a row to make sure it's ready for you to try. DM me 'if you know', and I'll send you 1kg of the sauce!

The Toad on the Road has opened its doors today.

3 weeks ago, given the restrictions on alcohol, we made the decision to send the staff away on annual leave in the hope that they would be back a couple of weeks later.

Their leave has now come to an end, and we are adamant that despite the fact that we still can't serve you a beer, our family needs to come back to work to continue earning a living.

If you would like to support our efforts in being productive, please consider popping in for a meal and or collecting some takeaways....
