VACANCY: KEY ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE – HOSPITALITY & TOURISM (JEFFREYS BAY)

Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we have created a Key Accounts Representative position that will focus exclusively on our Hospitality & Tourism Customers.

OBJECTIVE: The position will require
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with key accounts; bringing in new customers and developing new relationships with existing clients.
• Handling marketing, sales, enquiries and resolving issues and complaints.
• Developing a complete understanding of customer needs.
• Managing communications between manufacturers, internal teams and clients.
• Compiling and presenting detailed feedback reports on account progress.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience in sales and the ability to provide a solution to customer’s needs.
• Strong communication skills (telephone etiquette) and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude in building a relationship with all types of people.
• Excellent organizational skills, & ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
• The ability to think on your feet, solve problems, negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the company’s key clients.

• Applicant based in Jeffreys Bay or surrounding areas.
• Having a driver’s license with own transport to and from work.
• Someone that want to work toward becoming a Key Accounts Manager – able to manage a Sales Team in this division.

Did you know? Tea of Life Raw Kombucha is a refreshing, naturally carbonated, cold, fermented tea with a unique sour / fruity flavour.

Kombucha is an “ancient fermented tea beverage” which is lightly effervescent and is full of probiotics, antioxidants, B vitamins and so much more.

Tea of Life Raw Kombucha is produced by fermenting organic green and black tea and natural infusions* with a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) – beneficial live cultures.

The SCOBY is fed – not sweetened – with sugar and after a significant amount of fermentation time, there are trace amounts of sugar left.

As for caffeine, during the fermentation process the caffeine molecules are altered so it is not as potent as freshly brewed black tea.
