Hire All is looking to employ a sales manager who will need to do site visits at all 10 Hire All Branches.

Job Description and Key Tasks
On an ongoing basis the incumbent will fulfil the following tasks:
- Pull reports and assess the accuracy of sales throughout the company
- Manage the sales process with the relevant sales resources
- Daily weekly, monthly and annually set and manage sales targets
- Assess sales performance and take corrective action
- Meet with sales resources to coach, guide and improve individual performance
- Performance manage sales resources to maximize their contribution and where required performance managing them through the disciplinary process
- Manage sales discipline appropriately, taking the necessary disciplinary approaches as deemed fit.
- Seek out and develop new sales opportunities
- Meet with senior managers to discuss sales performance with the intent of improving growth prospects
- Recruitment of sales resources as and when required
- Formulating, executing and managing sales and key account plans as required
- Development and management of the sales call centre team
