Project Update: Contracts Manager, Alistair Fowler, is excited to be nearing the completion of this beautiful, spacious single-story home with an open-concept kitchen and living space that leads onto the large covered patio. Situated in the Highlands at Olivewood Private Estate & Golf Club this family home is built on one of 31 residential erven and boasts views of the golf course, sea, and Chintsa river mouth. We are so pleased to be able to acknowledge our partners on this project to date.

Project update: St Joseph's Preparatory & College Phase 3 of the project is underway. The concrete for the hall foundation has been laid. The team is taking advantage of the beautiful May weather to get moving on the wet work. We acknowledge RMS Steel and Lafarge Concrete as our steel and concrete suppliers for this leg of the work.

: Meet Bernard Fillis, he is a Site Foreman at Brewcon and was responsible for the work done at Stirling Primary School Gleneagles Pavilion. Ben has been working at Brewcon since September 2017. He started when Brewcon developed the Zwelitsha Waste Water Treatment Works. He is well-known and respected with many years as a Site Foreman. We appreciate all his efforts and contributions to the Brewcon team.

attended the very special ceremony today at St Joseph's Preparatory & College Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony. It is a great honour for us to be the building partner on this project. Mr. Bryn Thomas the Headmaster welcomed the attendees. Messages of inspiration from both Mr. Nithin Thomas; Old Mutual Alternative Investments Asset Manager and Mr. T. Pefole, Director of Infrastructure, Department of Education.

Brewer Kriel, the Director of Brewcon, is extremely excited about the growth in Brewcon and welcomes another family member into the business. Project Update: Olivewood Highlands Family Home - Contracts Manager is Alistair Fowler.
We have just completed the roof carpentry thanks to our service provider Inyathi Truss and now we are ready for the roof sheeting to be installed by RV Smith Roofing. The windows and sliding doors are being manufactured by Glassco. We are thrilled to be one step closer to the completion of this beautiful home for our client.

: Meet Charlie Lamani, he is a site Forman at Brewcon. Charlie has been working for Brewcon since its inception, over 22 years ago. When Charlie started his journey at the company in 2002, he was a diligent, hard worker and has continued to contribute to the growth and success of Brewcon. His high-level skills and devotion to the company and the team has been outstanding. He has taken on a number of big projects as site Forman and performed exceptionally. Today Charlie is the site Forman on Ithemba Childrens Home project. Brewcon would like to thank Charlie for his long service and commitment.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: St Joseph's Preparatory & College Phase 2 of the project has begun: Peter Fowler is the Contracts Manager who is onsite with Brewer Kriel Director of Brewcon. This expansion development includes a new high school facility and a school hall with an external courtyard space and sports facilities. We acknowledge Imbono Architects as Principal Agent and thank GS Civils for the work they are currently doing.

is a proud building partner for the iThemba Family House under the oversight of Alistair Fowler – Contracts Manager. This 5-bedroom residential home is located on a peaceful and beautiful farm close to Glen Gariff and will be home to two directors of the Swiss Board of Aid Charity organisation and their special needs foster children from the surrounding Amathole district. iThemba Family House also creates jobs for the local community of the East Coast, with a strong focus on training and growing underprivileged individuals.
