What could be better than bidding on a luxury bushveld getaway for two? Umlani Bushcamp is located in the Timbavati Nature Reserve, part of a block of private reserves that border Kruger National Park. This getaway includes accommodation for two adults in a double room, all meals, local brand drinks, optional daily walk and two game drives per day.
In order to have a chance of placing the winning bid on this item, you have to buy a ticket to our fundraiser on 25 July at Circa Gallery. It will be an evening of exceptional art, listening to an oscar winning director, and rubbing shoulders with pangolin people.

Our Story
Umlani Bushcamp, a rustic yet exclusive lodge, accommodates guests in cosy en-suite reed and thatch rondavels. Umlani's philosophy of simplistic luxury and 'getting back to nature' is enhanced by the romance of operating without electricity, so each hut and the entire camp is lit by candlelight and oil lamps, providing a warm and romantic atmosphere. Early morning and evening game drives are in open four wheel drive vehicles accompanied by experienced rangers and trackers. A traversing area of more than 10 000 hectares with over 40 mammal and 350 bird species, makes for an exceptional wildlife experience. Umlani makes the whole event personalised and specialises in escorted walks into this unspoiled wilderness. Umlani, meaning Place of Rest, was established in 1990 by Marco and Marie-Louise Schiess, in the central section of the Timbavati Nature Reserve, which is part of the greater Kruger National Park. The aim of Umlani is to offer our guests a true African adventure and long lasting memories.
