28 Nov 2023 - Sometimes one get well deserved recognition for your efforts and what a pleasure to receive two in a matter of 7 days. Well done to my guys on the ground - this is what we work for - well deserved!!

20 Sept 2023 - the cause of high moisture readings in external wall was established. Shoddy top slab waterproofing cracked and delaminated beyond repair - solution? - remove, replace and re-waterproof

19 Sept 2023 - New project started in Midstream Midfields. As with various other clients the damp was catching up with wall finishes. Moisture, readings of above 20% necessitate us to remove all plaster to dry out substrate brickwork before renovating commence!!

9 Sept 2023 - Small gas installation done in Elardia One Elarduspark. Neat, compliant and functional!!!

Watch this space. We were not sitting and not contributing to our industry......... we were merely too busy to load new updates. It is time again to do updates......... following soon!!

7 Sept 2023 - Our Midlands Estate Project roof painting completed today. What a beautiful and clean result. Fantastic colour choice blending in with ease. Reaching final stages now.

6 Sept 2023 - And after several samples we found the right match on roof liquid rubber application. The nice warm look complimented the newly painted walls. Looking forward to the final product!!

5 Sept 2023 - Our first colour matching on roof painting started in Midlands Estate. This one was not the right one and too dark to match with newly painted walls.

4 Sept 2023 - Next phase of renovation of our Midlands Estate Project started - repainting of all paving areas giving a new vibrant and fresh look.

2 Sept 2023 - New screed being installed for final epoxy coating. Once done we need 5 days dry time then final applications will follow. Final varnish applied to timber elements and they look brand new

1 Sept 2023 - Midlands Estate first layer bonding liquid and first layer waterproofing applied. New floor screed to follow. On program for completion.

9 Aug 2023 - Final coats of paint being done. What a superb residence. Looking new and ready to go into the rental market. Final touches and cleaning in a few days.

31 Aug 2023 - All debris removed and stoep ready for Waterproofing layer firstly and then a new screed to falls and to be finished off with special epoxy waterproofing final coat. Pressure washing on tiled rokf commenced to remove dirt, mould and prepare for 2 coats liquid rubber coating. Job well done by our teams on site!!

25 Aug 2023 - Painting preparation commenced to eliminate & repair damp an external paintwork on residence plus full boundary walls, paving and aplly roof liquid rubber coating. UPDATES TO FOLLOW!!

23 Aug 2023 - New project in Midlands Estate Midstream. First up demolitions and preparations to remove 3 layers of tiles, glue & epoxy to correct levels on external stoep which resulted in huge water leaks internally. UPDATES TO FOLLOW IN FURTHER POSTS!!!

25 Aug 2023 - We did it once more. Returning client in Rietvalleirand had his garagedoor refurbished and we could gladly assist. Great client and great outcome.

14 July 2023 - External paintwork progressing well and unfortunately delayed due to restricted working hours. Colour chosen blending in well.

16 June 2023 - External plaster repairs and preparation in full swing. Not easy matching the existing scratch plaster but the guys, are doing excellent work. Fibre enriched waterproofing coats going on and soon we can start Final colour paints

27 May 2023 - Internal plaster repairs and preparation done and ready for clean up. Nice and warm colour used and giving the residence a new and fresh look internally. External work to follow!!

12 May 2023 - cleaned up to allow access to proceed with for our oversees client. Further progress to follow

8 April 2023 - And then we were contacted to assist with this residence for an overseas client. Clearly a challenge of note but nothing we and our teams cannot handle. Watch this space.......... progress posts to follow!!

27 - 31 July 2023 - We were extremely pleased to have a return client in Rietvalleirand whom we could assist in renovating the external of their residence. Resulted in a huge improvement and anothe project completed successfully.

25 May 2023 - Our teams performed well and excavated down to foundation level to repair plaster and apply waterproofing to the boundary walls in Rietvalleirand. We are proud of your achievements guys - well done!! We are now reaching near completion. Final result and progress photo's to follow soon!!

23 May 2023 - What a privilege to be of assistance to a new client in Rietvalleirand in resolving badly damaged walls due to rising damp. Thank you Mr Kruger for the opportunity!! Further progress photo's to follow!!

22 May 2023 - Irene Farm Village - New bund walls added to hardstand in maintenance yard on behalf of HOA. 2 days to finish final product!!

21 May 2023 - Irene Farm Village - New 300mm concrete hardstand constructed in maintenance yard for standby diesel tanks on behalf of HOA.

18 May 2023 - Irene Farm Village - Excavations done and underground brickwork bag washed and waterproof slurry applied After some heavy rainfall in Gauteng some excavations collapsed but nothing serious, and easy to resolve. Watch this space!!

10 May 2023 - We were entrusted to assist with resolving damp and waterproof issues fir HOA in Irene Farm Village. Day one preparations started!!
