Q: Are tickets available?
A: No there are no tickets still available and nothing will be sold at the gate
Q: Will the bars and vendors be accepting cash and cards?
A: The event is cashless but all the bars and vendors will be accepting any bank card.
Q: What’s the age restriction for this event?
A: Strictly no under 18's will be allowed. This includes babies, toddlers & children. Proof of identification is required, no copies, student cards, photos, or temporary documents. Only certified copies will be accepted.
Q: If I’m accompanied by adult supervision, will I be allowed to enter?
A: No, it's strictly no under 18s.
Q: If I already have a ticket, do I still need to show identification?
A: Yes, you’ll still need to provide us with identification at the security checkpoint area before you can access the ticket lanes.
Q: Can tickets be scanned off of our phone or do we have to print them out?
A: We can scan tickets off of your phone or on paper printed out.
Q: Will the entrance process be simple?
A: YES, there will be Two entrances with three lanes scanning all tickets.
Q: Can we pay with credit cards when buying food & drinks at the event?
A: Yes you can.
Q: Parking?
A: There will be a large designated parking area and also additional added parking on the Royal Elephant grounds. Please follow the directions of our parking attendants. We don’t promote drinking and driving so we suggest that you look at UBER or a Drop-Off and Pick-Up service & check with your bank or insurance provider if they’ve got Take Me Home Service.
Q: Uber drop off & pick up zone?
A: The Uber Zone is situated on the left-hand side right before you drive through the boom gate. Sho't left!
Q: Are we allowed to bring chairs and gazebos?
A: No you aren't allowed to bring chairs or gazebos. there will be a designated sitting area.
