A Final Word💫

I have some very important questions to ask you as you read through the few pages remaining in this book:
Why should you continue in your situation after having read this book? Why should you continue to suffer the way you do? Why should your life still be full of struggles?

You may have been struggling all your life. Everything you have in your life may have come to you through much toil and struggle. You may even have thought before reading this book that it’s impossible to receive anything worthwhile without struggling for it.

I’m sure the message in this book has changed your perception and changed your life. Why, the Holy Spirit is the best gift we ever received from God and we got Him free of charge, without any struggles!

There are two types of people in the world – those who struggle through life and those who walk through life in blessing. The latter receive a blessing, such as is released through the message in this book, and their lives are changed. The former continue to struggle because they miss out on the message and the blessing conveyed in it. You must refuse to be a struggler or sufferer. God sent His Holy Spirit to you so you won’t have to struggle or suffer in your life.

Remember, Jesus said, “...ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you.”
When you receive the Holy Spirit, you receive the power or ‘dynamic ability to cause changes.’ This means you can change anything! There’s nothing you can’t do when you’re full of the Holy Ghost. With Him, you won’t have to struggle through life anymore; and you won’t have to be frustrated anymore, glory to God!

LET THE SPIRIT ACT ON THE WORD💫

God never does anything without His Word. Don’t ever forget that. His Word is the foundation for everything. The Bible tells us in Genesis 1:1 that in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth, the earth was without form and void and the Spirit of God moved over the face of the waters. But even though the Spirit of God was present, nothing changed until God spoke His Word and said, “Let there be light!”
It was when God started speaking that the Spirit of God went to work to bring His Word to pass.


The Holy Spirit acts on the Word of God to bring it to pass. That’s why when God speaks, you must receive His Word. When you do, then the Holy Spirit acts on the Word of God in your life to bring it to pass. He will make the Word good in your life and you’ll have the results it speaks of.

He Will Vitalise Your Mortal Body💫

“STAND UPRIGHT ON THY FEET!”💫

Acts 14:8-11:
“And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked: The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked. And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men.”

In this portion of Scripture, Paul was preaching at Lystra, and while he was preaching, there was a man listening to him, who was impotent in his feet and had never walked from birth. He sat there listening intently as Paul preached this same message of the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit that I’m sharing with you. When he heard it, he believed it, and Paul looked at him and said, “Man, stand up!” Right away, the cripple sprang up on his feet and began to walk! Paul didn’t have to pray for him.

You see, if you’re a child of God and you have the Holy Ghost, you don’t need to be prayed for anymore. You have the eternal life of Almighty God travelling through your veins and the indwelling presence of His Spirit. That’s all you need to overcome the devil, sickness, disease and infirmity.

The Bible says in John 1:12-13, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” This is the reason sickness shouldn’t be able to travel through your body when you’re born again, because your life is no longer the life of blood!

In Leviticus 17:11, the Bible says the life of the flesh is in the blood, but when you’re born again, the life of your body is no longer in your blood but in your spirit.

Remember Romans 8:11 says, “But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” That same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you and He gives life to your mortal body. So you do not live by blood anymore, but by the power of the Holy Ghost Who strenghtens, energizes and gives life to your physical body.

LITTLE FAITH💫

If your faith is little, what is responsible for it and what can you do about it? Let’s find out.

Little faith is the result of insufficient information. Hosea 4:6 says “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge...” God Himself said this about His own people. He said His children - Christians, are destroyed, that is, they suffer, are impoverished, punished, brought down, crushed and perish because they lack the knowledge of His Word.

However, the more of God’s Word you hear, the more knowledge you have, and faith comes to you in the Word. The less of God’s Word you hear, the less faith you have.

GREAT FAITH💫

To a woman of Canaan, a Syrophoenician by birth, Jesus responded in Matthew 15:28 “O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt.” Great faith is tenacious faith. It is faith that will not give up in spite of opposition. It is faith that responds with knowledge. This type of faith is based on the amount and quality of information you have received, accepted and endorsed.

When Jesus tested the woman’s faith by telling her that what she desired could not be hers, as circumstances would many times tell you, she responded with knowledge. She spoke back words of faith. Read again this inspiring dialogue between Jesus and the woman: “ And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.

But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me. But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs. And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour” (Matthew 15:22-28).

When Jesus heard her informed answer, He said to her, “...woman, great is thy faith.”
On another occasion, Jesus said the same thing about a Roman Centurion in Luke 7:9;
“When Jesus heard these things, he marvelled at him, and turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.”

The Master’s words were again, a response to the words spoken by the lips of faith. Remember, the more accurate information you have, the better.

And when you act undauntedly on this information, you will be demonstrating great faith or ‘much faith’ as it were.
Romans 10:17 says, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” So you see, when you don’t have enough spiritual information from the Word about a particular issue, your faith will be little as your faith is according to God’s Word that you’ve heard. The cure for such little faith therefore is simply to learn more of God’s Word on that issue. The Scripture we just read tells us how faith comes – by hearing God’s Word.

If you have any situation that seems hopeless, get into the Word! Become a student of the Word by careful and diligent search and study on the scriptures that talk about your peculiar situation. Get the teaching tapes and books that are relevant to your situation.

If you’re having problems in your health or finances, or with getting a job or expanding your business, or in your academics as a student, or in any area of your life, this is what you should do. Get more information from God’s Word. Inundate your spirit and bombard your mind with God’s Word. Get teaching tapes in audio and video formats; listen to them and watch them again and again. Don’t say, “I’ve already listened to the tapes.” Keep listening! I’ve listened to certain tapes through the years over and over again.

The world is like a stage with men and women. Everyone has his/her role in the script of life; both the good and the bad act out their roles. Don't try to act another person's role. Look for your role in the script and act yours.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR FAITH WORK: BY PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME 💫

LITTLE FAITH💫

When your faith is little, you’ll be oppressed and tormented by fear of circumstances, hence your faith will not work. Faith and fear don’t go together. Fear hinders faith, but faith destroys fear.

The reason some Christians find themselves doubting God’s Word is that their faith is little. Remember, little faith will not get the job done. It may get it started, but it won’t get it done! What do I mean?
I’ll illustrate with this example. Jesus had just finished preaching in the desert and performing the miracle of feeding five thousand men (women and children not counted) with five loaves and two fishes. Then He instructed His disciples to go ahead of Him by ship to the other side of the Sea of Galilee.

Shortly after they set out, their ship ran into contrary winds and was tossed about by the waves. To worsen things, at about the fourth watch (between 3 and 6 a.m.), they saw a figure approaching them on the water. The Bible says when Peter and the other disciples saw this, they all screamed in fear because they thought they had seen a ghost:

“And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. AND PETER ANSWERED HIM AND SAID, LORD, IF IT BE THOU, BID ME COME UNTO THEE ON THE WATER. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me” (Matthew 14:26-30).

Notice this statement Peter made to Jesus: “If it’s You, ask me to come to You on the water.” Jesus called to him and said “Come!” Peter came out of the ship and walked on the water to Jesus. He didn’t swim in the water to meet Jesus, he walked on it! As a fisherman, he could swim, however, this time he did something supernatural, he walked on the water. He stepped out of the boat, right on the water and took his steps toward the Master, because the Master had said to him, “Come!” That’s faith!
I would like to draw your attention to the thirtieth verse. It says, “... when he (Peter) saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.”

Peter saw the contrary wind and became afraid. As a result, he started sinking right in the presence of Jesus. Why did Peter begin to sink? What happened to the faith that got him out of the boat and started him out walking on water? The answer is in Jesus’ response to his cry for help:

“And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?” (Verse 31). Peter’s faith was little, that was why he began to sink.

Remember, I said little faith will not get the job done. It may get it started, but it won’t finish it. It got Peter out of the boat and put him on the water; it even started him walking on it but couldn’t sustain him when the winds became boisterous. When the contrary winds and adversities of life begin to blow in your face, your strength will fail if your faith is little. Little faith achieves very little. When your faith is little you can be terrorized by fear. You’ll always fear adversity and be uncertain about the future.

This is what happened to Peter. Fear and doubt gripped his heart when he saw the boisterous winds. But thank God he had enough sense to cry out to Jesus for help and “...immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him...” (Matthew 14:31).
Jesus attributed the reason Peter began to sink to doubt. After saving him from drowning, He said to him, “O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?” In other words, if Peter had not doubted, he would have completed his walk on the water to Jesus and back to the boat hitch-free. Doubt and fear are the result of little faith

He Will Vitalize Your Mortal Body

And if Christ be in you, (though) the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life (the Holy Spirit gives it life) because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken (vitalize) your
mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you”
Romans 8:10-11.

Paul the apostle said, “If the Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, that same Spirit will vitalize your mortal body. Even if your body had been paralysed, if the Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead comes to dwell in you, He will drive away the paralysis and vitalize your body.”

If that same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He will destroy the cancer. He will get rid of the tumour and drive every demon out of your body! If that Spirit dwells in your body, the HIV will leave; the diabetes will die. The deaf ears will be unstopped and the blindness will go, becasue He will vitalize your mortal body, Hallelujah!

That’s why I’m telling you your suffering is unnecessary. Your poverty is unnecessary. Your struggling is unnecessary. You don’t need to struggle or suffer anymore. You don’t need to be poor anymore. If that same Spirit lives in you, He will make you a success.

Back in the days of the early Church recorded in the Scriptures, it was so important for people to receive the Holy Spirit. I wonder why so many Christians today seem not to care a hoot about the Holy Ghost. Many who have received Him don’t even know Who He is.

But thank God, through this book, you’re discovering Who the Holy Spirit is and what He will do when He comes into your life. One of the things the Spirit of God will do in your life when He comes to live in you is to bring the fire and the glory of God into your life, and to vitalize your mortal body.

Truth is reality. The Word of God that’s been given to us is truth: “…thy word is truth” (John 17:17). It doesn’t matter what you hear or what you’re being told; whether it’s about your health, family, finances, business, etc., as long as it doesn’t measure up to God’s truth, it’s not a factor. Truth has nothing to do with physical manifestations or sensory perceptions. There’re things you’d completely disallow in your life—everything that isn’t of God—because you’re compelled by the knowledge of the truth.

Be independent when it comes to your happiness! Never depend on anyone to make you happy. True joy is from within.

Let us normalize to pray for one another

Whatever happens in your mind will happen in your life. It's often said, mind your language, but we need to also mind our minds! The health of your mind heavily influences the quality of your decisions and your ability to maintain focus and invariably determines the quality of your personality.

The mind is not a "Thing". The mind is an activity, an image-maker, a creator and the mind operates by law. Whatever is impressed upon the mind must be expressed. Whatever you think about, you bring about. Be choosy and picky what you expose your mind to.

We can't be thinking like we used to and expect to live a different kind of life. Stop attributing your problems to other people and your environment. We are today what and where our thinkings have brought us. Change your thoughts and the activities in your life will change.

_*8 THINGS YOU MUST NEVER DO AFTER MINISTERING IN A CHURCH AS A GUEST SPEAKER*_!!!.

Organizing prayer meeting in the house of the members of the church you have previously ministered:
This is tantamount to betrayal.
The members of the churches you have ministered to must not one way or the other try to connect with you in anything after you might have ministered in their church.
This is specifically if done without the prior knowledge of the minister you have preached on behalf

2. If you still have connections with the members of a pastor you have previously ministered in his church but that you are no longer in relation with:
It is very wrong behaviour.
Once you are no longer in connection with a pastor you might have previously ministered in his/her church, you must not have anything to do with the members of the church.
If you have lost a relationship with the pastor and you still have connections with his members, it is very bad behaviour.

3. If in any way you are relating with a member of a Pastor you have previously preached as a guest minister under his ministry without his knowledge, it is very wrong.
At any time, such a member could inform the Pastor of your relationship with him/her.
It could affect your association with the particular pastor.

4. If in the process of you ministering as a guest in a church, you gave your number to some members that requested it without the knowledge of the host pastor, you are a betrayer.
You are supposed to tell them to go to him and collect it from him.
The cleric in his words has advised that invited pastors must only relate with host members only in greetings.
Do not relate closely with them.

5. If you have ever counselled the members of the church of a Pastor you have preached for at a time without his knowledge, you are a betrayer.
As long as they are not your members you must not counsel them.
You are not their counsellor. Refer them to their Pastors.

6. If at any time you have ever ministered for a pastor and you end up sleeping with a female member of his church in the church, you have committed an abomination.
You are not just a betrayer but a big one.
You must not pollute the ministry of another person with your secret sin.
Your immorality must not be the downfall of another innocent person that was not privy to your atrocious lifestyle.

7. If at any time you have been discontented with the honorarium you were given by the host pastor of a ministry you have preached and you have gone all the way to discuss it with a third party, you are a betrayer.
If you have issues with the Honorarium he gave you, you tell it directly to the one who gave it to you, and not to a third party.

8. If at any time you have instructed members of the church of a pastor you have preached for to pay some amount of money into your account without the knowledge of your host. You are a thief and a betrayer.

He Will Cause You To Do Right!💫

There are people who take drugs, because when they do, they get high and feel they can do absolutely anything and even be superhuman. Sometimes some people get drunk and start staggering around, totally oblivious of where they are or what they’re doing.

Well, let me tell you something, child of God:
You don’t need drugs; you don’t need ni****ne, co***ne, he**in, ma*****na or alcohol. What you need is the Holy Ghost! When the Holy Ghost takes over your spirit, your soul and your body, you’re changed forever.

In Ezekiel 36:27 the Bible says,
“And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.”

In this Scripture, God is saying He will bring the Holy Ghost into your life, Who will give you the ability and capacity to obey Him and do His Will. You’ll no longer struggle to please God or do right. You won’t need to try to do His will anymore.

God said, “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to do My will. I will cause you to obey My statutes, to walk in My statutes and follow My judgements.” In other words, when you find yourself going in the street and the Holy Ghost suddenly says to you, “Stop! Turn left,” you would have responded ever before you had the time to reason it out.

When the Holy Ghost comes into your life, everything you do turns into success. You know, some people don’t understand how we’re able to draw the large crowds that attend our services and crusades. They think it’s the result of good publicity. No, it’s not the publicity in itself that draws the crowds, it’s the Holy Ghost! The publicity we do is anointed by the Holy Ghost. When we release handbills and invitation cards or put a promo on television to advertise a programme, they’re anointed by the Holy Ghost.

So when we invite people, they’re anointed by the same Holy Ghost, Who causes them to come. Many of them don’t know why they’re coming, but they all just keep coming. They come out of their homes, offices and shops, because of the Holy Ghost, glory to God!

Now let me tell you something: The same power of the Holy Ghost that pulls people into our
meetings without many of them even knowing why they’re coming will begin to pull success and favour into your life. Do you know why? It’s because God loves people and loves to bless people. That’s why He brought you into this world – to bless you and to favour you. That’s why He gave you the Holy Ghost, Who causes you to do the right things that release the blessing and the favour of God upon your life.

HOW GO MAKE YOUR FAITH WORK:BY PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME 💫

THE GOD -KIND OF FAITH VERSUS THOMAS -KIND OF FAITH 💫

The next time you hear someone say, “I must see first, before I believe,” that person is operating the Thomas-Kind of faith. According to the words of Jesus, he or she is not blessed. The one who’s blessed is the one who believes before seeing.

The Thomas-kind of faith gives you nothing; it doesn’t work! It doesn’t produce any spiritual results. Does this apply to you? Are you one of those who say things like, “How can I say I’m rich when there’s no money in my pocket and bank account?” Or “How can I say I’m healed when I can still feel pain in my body?” Don’t ask such silly questions. Have you forgotten the Bible says “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN?”

The evidence you need to prove that you’re healthy and prosperous is God’s Word. The Bible says,
“For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich
(2 Corinthians 8:9).

And in 1 Peter 2:24, it says,
“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: BY WHOSE STRIPES YE WERE HEALED.”

These are evidences from God’s Word that guarantee your health and financial prosperity. If you’re waiting to have your pocket and bank account filled with a lot of money before you declare you’re rich, then it means you don’t believe God’s Word. You have the Thomas-kind of faith.

Have you ever heard someone say, “Unless I see a miracle, I will not believe?” Even after seeing a miracle, such folks will still demand proofs and verifications to believe such miracles are of God. I would to God such folks would realize their ignorance and come to know that miracles are not subject to scientific or empirical proofs. The unfortunate thing about this group of people is they claim to be smarter than everybody else.

Just like Thomas, when they hear a testimony about someone who was healed of a terminal disease, for example, they’ll say, “You think I’m a fool? Unless I see a proof from the doctors, confirming this person no longer suffers from that sickness, I will not believe.” They’ll tell you, “I’m a realist; I only believe what I see, feel or touch.” What a shame!

Don’t believe what you see, believe what God says! That’s faith, and that’s the faith that works! Somebody said, “I work with facts and figures.” Don’t work with facts and figures; walk by faith, based on God’s Word.

Many folks today are having problems in their faith walk because they operate the Thomas-kind of faith which in scriptural sense is not faith at all. When Jesus rebuked Thomas in John 20:27, He said to him “...be NOT FAITHLESS, but believing...” which means Thomas was actually faithless! He exhibited no faith at all – he had zero-faith. Don’t be that way!

One time, Jesus rebuked His disciples and asked them, “...Why are you so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?” (Mark 4:40). He chide them for their lack of faith! So there’s zero faith, and that’s the Thomas or sense- knowledge kind of faith.

However, Jesus counsels us to have the Godkind of faith. That’s the faith that works and produces result. That’s the kind of faith we’re expected to operate as believers. That’s the faith that’s already been given to every Christian by God.
Romans 12:3 lets us know we have this faith already:“For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as GOD HATH DEALT TO EVERY MAN THE MEASURE OF FAITH.”

You have the God-kind of faith in you. You’re required to put it to work. Use it. The more you put it to work, the stronger it becomes. You don’t have to pray to have the God-kind of faith; if you’re born again you already have the God-kind of faith.
