Last week we had the privilege of spending time with customers in Namibia and Botswana when we hosted our Technology Days in Windhoek and Gaborone. Our knowledgeable team shared important updates on our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) range as well as our database products.

Delegates heard presentations on EBSCO FOLIO implementation; the analytics available through Panorama; how OpenAthens can help libraries manage authentication in light of changes to browser privacy settings and the exciting enhancements to the user interfaces for EBSCOhost and EBSCO Discovery Service.

Thank you to our customers in Namibia and Botswana for joining us! We look forward to visiting other cities soon.
