Have you ever bought a book just because you liked the cover?
There's nothing worse than reading a good book with a disappointing ending. After the shock of A Tale of Two Cities, I just can't trust book endings anymore. There should be rules about these things!
Help! Are there other books I should steer clear of?
We are back online (since yesterday - sorry for the late notice) and trading as usual. We have lots of the usual suspects in stock: bestsellers (even some Harry Potter, for a change), as well as some quirky, yet interesting popular non-fiction!
Have you ever wonder...whether cats have bellybuttons, why parrots talk, how aspirin finds a headache, what Elizabethan England or Hitler's bunker looked like, how to swear in Latin, who the socialite was who killed a N**i with her bare hands, how to increase your tips as a waiter, what parts of world history turned out to be mostly wrong, what the top 20 ghostly apparitions in South Africa are, why Farmer Buckley's pants exploded, how ridiculously odd our bodies can be...and on and on and on, we might just have the book you need!

At BooksAgain every day is Black Friday!
We've added loads of fabulous books to our website, including Afrikaans books for the 44 remaining speakers of the language!
We've suddenly had lots of requests for David Gemmell's books and The Far Side comics and we were lucky to find several copies.
We also have Afrikaans and English Deon Meyer books, some Terry Pratchett, Lucinda Riley, Stephen King, Agatha Christie, and lots of South African fiction and non-fiction.
