Calling All Entrepreneurs in Blouberg and Musina

Who Can Apply?
• Local residents within Blouberg and Musina Local Municipality.
• Companies with an annual turnover of less than R10 million.
• 100% Black-owned and managed SMMEs.
• In operation for at least two years.
• SMMEs who are not participating in any other Enterprise and Supplier Development Programmes with other organizations.
• Business owners should be available to attend the programme and not be employed by a third party.

Application Requirements:
1. Motivational Letter:
• Applicants must include a letter explaining why they would like to join the Development Programme.

2. Company Registration Documents Required:
• Tax Clearance Certificate (Optional)
• Business Profile with Track Record
• Valid B-BBEE Affidavit
• ID Copies of all Directors
• Proof of Residence from Municipality or Tribal Office
• Curriculum Vitae of Shareholders/Directors
• Contact Details of Owners (Including Contact Numbers and Email Addresses)

3. Submission of Documents:
• All documents must be submitted by 12h00 on the 3rd of June, 2024
• Here are two ways you can submit your application:
o Option 1: Place your documents in the designated De Beers 'Drop Boxes' in Blouberg and Musina.
o Option 2: Email your documents to [email protected]

'Engines of growth': SMEs need support to boost SA economic recovery | The Citizen SMEs play an important role in the country and should receive more support to enable them to keep contributing to creating jobs.

We secured 13 laptops for our entrepreneurs in Pofadder!

Our TrioPlus Enterprise Development team had cleverly requested budget reallocation to benefit our beneficiaries in the Northern Cape.

Initially, we had 15 candidates for the BTE Renewables ICE Program, but two learners secured employment and withdrew. Our team thought creatively and asked BTE Renewables for permission to reallocate the approved funds from these two candidates to benefit the remaining 13 learners.

With this clever budget reallocation, we provided each beneficiary with a new laptop loaded with MS Windows and MS Office. Most of these entrepreneurs did not previously own a computer and can now continue to do business professionally.

TrioPlus is dedicated to fostering positive change in South Africa, and this innovative approach is a testament to that commitment.
