Moulder Skills Development was founded in 2010 to deliver Skills Development and Employment Equity services to small and medium sized businesses.

When I started, I had no clients, no job and no other options. I had the skills and experience, but no money or backing. In fact, everyone I knew told me that it was a bad idea and it wouldn’t work, there was just too much competition. However, the competition was what I was hoping for. Competition meant that if I could deliver a service that was better, more affordable and less intrusive for my clients, they would see the benefits and appoint us to represent them.

I developed a system that enabled me to provide the same , I would say better, deliverables that my competition could, but at significantly less cost and time, with almost no downtime on the clients side.

In 8 years time, Moulder Skills Development has grown to represent almost 400 clients with a 98% successful submission rate.
