INTRODUCTION TO ISLAMIC FINANCE COURSE (APRIL 2024).

The Highlands Waqaf Trust (HWT) Sunday Morning Shariah Research Board will be hosting a four-session course on the subject of Islamic Finance.
The Course will be presented via Power-Point Presentation at the HWT Lecture Room in Highlands Estate during APRIL 2024.
MAIN OUTCOMES
The attendee will (at the end of the course) have a good understanding of the various types of modes of Islamic Finance, the Governance structures, requirements for the validity of various products, and also the world view on Islamic Finance.
MAIN CONTENT
The course will include topics regarding understanding the various modes of Islamic Finance. The topics that will be looked at would include the Sources of Reference, Fiqh in Islam, Islamic Finance Modes, Shariah Governance Framework, Islamic Banking, Islamic Capital Markets, Takaful, and much more.
