My Story
I was tired of having to try on 5 outfits just to find one that I looked presentable in to go to work! I had tried almost all diets, tablets and concoctions you could find. Nothing worked for me! I answered an ad posted looking for people serious about losing weight and at first was dubious... however, I tried it and I have not looked back.
Herbalife shakes are genuinely delicious and filling... some days I forget to have my snacks because I am not hungry! However I have realised the importance of eating those snacks in order to maintain my metabolism.
Too often we expect immediate results but forget that it took years to pile on that fat. The scale has never been my friend, but at the moment my tape measure is my best friend and I cannot describe the feeling when I try on something that has not fitted me in a while and IT FITS!!!
