Zander Bierman Safaris

In February, on our very last day in the USA, one of our friends took us to Dave's house to meet him. We thought we'd meet him, spend an hour or so and then go and have lunch afterward since none of us had anything to eat that day. Well surprise-surprise! We ended up spending a little over 5 hours at his place!! No complaints though, we left having made a new friend and a last-minute booking!

He spent 9 days with us and we enjoyed every minute. Every day was filled with his quirky comments, funny jokes, and shared wisdom.

We hunted long and hard for his Buffalo, which turned out to be a very old bull full of character - just like Dave!

This quote rings so true since that is how we met Gary and Drew. They heard about us from friends who hunted with us and shared about their experiences. We set up a meeting at a little Mexican restaurant in Ogden and they ended up booking a trip with us.

For 10 days these guys sure kept us busy and we loved it! They got a variety of species and some beautiful trophies. Congratulations to all of you!

It's been a long time coming...

We met Mel at the Western Hunting and Conservation Expo in Salt Lake City, Utah, last year. He booked a hunt with us for the next year.

Time can go by pretty slowly when you are looking forward to something... but it finally came around and he and his partner joined us in camp this month.

He took some beautiful trophies and we enjoyed spending time with them. Thank you both for your support. We hope to see you back here some day.

Hunting... there is a whole lot more to it than just "pulling the trigger." It takes planning, preparation, and perfect ex*****on.

Sometimes, you fail, and you have to start all over again or wait until next time or next season. Sometimes, you have to re-think your whole strategy.

But when you succeed, it is the most rewarding feeling ever.

It's about time!

In 2017, Matt and Jim joined us for 7 days of hunting. We had a great time with them and they promised a quick return...

7 Years later... that's right! 7 YEARS!!!

Hahaha! That's what happens when you become friends and anxiously await their return... 7 years feels like an eternity! But hey! At least they made it back. And once again, we loved having them here.

Matt and Jim, thank you for your ongoing friendship and support. We appreciate you guys and really enjoyed having you here. Hopefully, we won't have to wait another 7 years!

We were introduced to Kent and Scott by a good friend of ours, who happens to be their cousin. During our time in the US, we had the opportunity to meet up and enjoy a lovely lunch with these two gentlemen and their lovely wives.

The men arrived in South Africa a few days before the ladies. They hunted some beautiful animals in the time spent here. The ladies went to Pilanesberg National Park and enjoyed a day in Sun City and then a magnificent hot air balloon flight. After that, everybody came together at our lodge for a few more days of hunting.

From there it was on to Kruger National Park where they saw all of the Big 5 and a wide variety of other species. That's always a good way to end a trip here!

From Kruger to Cape Buffalo: Adventures in South Africa - Zander Bierman Safaris Embark on a journey through the South African wilderness, where hunting prowess meets conservation fervor. We met Rinar and Charles through a mutual friend and were thrilled that they decided to make Zander Bierman Safaris their South African destination. Their wives decided to join in and they spent 9 days with us.

We started out with a fun trip to Kruger National Park where we spent 3 days. From there it was on to our lodge for 6 days of hunting.

Each of the ladies shot their first ever animal here, which is always a highlight for us. Sharing in someone's first hunt is just a special moment and we appreciate the fact that we were part of the experience.

We enjoyed the time spent with you guys and hope that you will return again some day!

Darryl came by our booth at the 52nd annual SCI Convention in Nashville in the beginning of this year. Much to our surprise, he booked a trip with us for three months later!

Our adventure started out in Namibia, where we succeeded in getting a beautiful Leopard. Then we headed to our lodge in South Africa to get a few more species.

We truly enjoyed our time with this kind gentleman.

Chasing Thrills: Leopard Hunt and Cultural Delights - Zander Bierman Safaris Hunting season kicks off with resounding success. From thrilling big cat pursuits to immersive cultural experiences, each adventure leaves indelible memories etched in the fabric of our safari tales.

And so it begins... We kicked off our 2024 hunting season with a couple that we met in Nashville last year at the SCI Convention.

It was a great way to start a new season and they got some beautiful trophies. Even though this was not their first time on the "dark continent", it was their first time in South Africa, and we enjoyed hosting them in our beautiful country.
