Ons is dankbaar vir só baie wat ons deur die jare ontvang het, en wat ons in staat gestel het om ’n volhoubare diens te lewer, veral vir die Stellenbosch-gemeenskap se welwillendheid en morele ondersteuning, die groot aantal vrywilligers wat by ons sentrum betrokke is, en die finansiële bydraes wat ons van individue, besighede en trusts ontvang.

We’re a fast-growing agency in Stellenbosch on the hunt for a Medium Weight Designer to join our dynamic team. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar agency or design studio.

You’ll need a tertiary education and excellent skills in the Adobe Creative suite. Must be able to design for various touch points including (but not limited to) website design (front end), CI and brand development, digital ads, social media, packaging, etc. Video production skills are a bonus.

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist that will help our creative team grow and optimise our agency’s service offerings by providing high-value expertise to our clients.

While this position is client-centric, you will also support the agency with its own marketing activities. You will analyze and specify requirements to solve complex digital marketing challenges, set KPIs & regularly report on the digital performance of campaigns. Your ability to align project delivery to business priorities and expectations will be essential. To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional analytical project management & ex*****on skills.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Plan and manage clients’ as well as agency’s digital marketing activity, including SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.

Translate business requirements into digital KPI’s.

Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Work closely with the company’s creative team to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with overall objectives and brand values (and KPIs).

Manage activity budgets, track spend and highlight amendments.

Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels using relevant analytics tools.

Interpret web analytics, tracking and reporting.

Keep up to date with industry trends/best practices and implement research to own work

Provide & present regular campaigns & digital reports

Effectively communicate insights-driven recommendations

Manage and work with team members to achieve internal agency goals and provide high-quality services to clients

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in marketing, business, or related field

Digital design experience advantageous

Experience in managing multiple social media platforms

Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

Solid experience with SEO & SEM

Experience in email marketing (MailChimp, etc.)

At least 4-5 years experience in all areas of digital marketing and technology (Web, Email, Social, CRM, Design, etc) – with a strong focus on social media marketing and driving conversion through digital channels.
