Today is a very sad day for me having heard of the passing on of my friend Janet Chanda. She was a pioneer of Ladies football in Zambia. In the earlier 90's to 2000 she was the goal keeper for the Zambia national team under 17.Janet you were a very jovial friend.I will miss the fun times, your crazy jokes and your wonderful smile. Rest in the peace of our Almighty God.

We enjoyed Africa Freedom day by sharing a meal with our upcoming football stars. The team recieved a football to help in training. They need boots and proper jerseys. My dear friends from FAZ my you please come to our aid so that we can motivate our young ones.

I had yet another great interaction with our citizens on radio as we talked about security and environmental issues. Let us protect our enviroment and from deforestation by tree planting. I also appealed to parents to take a critical stance to protect our children from bad influence and criminal activities by keeping them busy in productive ventures.

Today we enjoyed yet another great football match between Kalingalinga Pastors and Doorstep Stars FC. The final score was 4-3 in favour of the Kalingalinga Pastor. I would like to appreciate and thank Deacon Tembo for the Island Baptist church of Kalingalinga for facilitating the provision of a pamphlet in titled Grow free. It talks about the 12 practices for overcoming Alcohol and drug problems and building a life of inner strenght and resilience. We thank you most sincerely Devon Tembo for your generous donation. This pamphlet was distributed to the youths present at the match. Let's continue working together for youth development in our communities.

I would like to appreciate the work the church is doing in our communities. Please continue to give encouragement and support to the most vulnerable in our society.

This evening I featured on radio Maria's Police and you program. We need to work hand in hand with the police in order to provide security for our communities.Our Youths need to be helped to find productive means of self sustainance and parents should take up a center role in ensuring that our children do not indulge in criminal activities. The Church is taking up their role in providing spiritual and moral guidance to our youths. They should seek help were need be for we are there to help them improve their lives.

Today Kalikiliki came alight as Kalingalinga Pastors took on Kalikiliki Pastors at Kalikiliki group. The final result was 2-1 for Kalingalinga. It was a spectacular display of skill from both teams. Let us continue to promote the unity and love that exists amongst us. We'll done men of God.

I visited Arising stars football Academy to donate some footballs at their request as that was one of the challenges the team was facing. I encouraged the young ladies to train hard as repertative practice to was the ingredient for greatness. Women in football could make good leaders and successful people in society because their minds were fresh and bodies full of energy. The team has previously performed very well as the came second in a 16 team league competition. Let us support the girl child to prosper.

31/03/2024. I had a wonderful Easter today as I blessed the Orphans and Widows of Mtendere's Living waters Ministries and Kalingalinga Gracious flames of Fire Ministries with seed money to start some business ventures. Then for the grand finali we celebrated mass with my catholic family at St. Francis Xavier Parish of Kalingalinga. I have a deep sense of love for the body of Christ which is the church of God. Let us always live together as one family through Jesus Christ the risen Lord. Happy Easter and may God bless you all.

I found time to interact with the widows and Orphans of Kalingalinga. I advised the parents to develop a positive mindset, provide proper guidance to our dear children to get off the streets and stop attacking innocent people. The Church should also come in and provide spiritual guidance and counsel . I assured them that a plan was being worked on to help some of them to start their own businesses. My message was very well received and I thanked them for their warm reception.
