The Vitumbuwa are popular Zambian frittas, you can find them in every corners of Lusaka.
They are super tasty and a very common breakfast.
Here the idea of the fusion with the Italian Maritozzi, with a delicate passion fruits Chantilly and fresh cream.
This contamination of cultures, the Italian and the Zambian, gave birth to our ITAMBIAN dessert.
