The Congregation of the Little Sisters of St. Francis was founded in 1960 by Rt. We are a Franciscan Diocesan Congregation. Youth Skills Training Centre.
Rev Bishop Timothy Phelim O’Shea, OFM Capuchin who was the first Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Livingstone. The Institute is involved in education through provision of quality and holistic education based on Christian Values and hence enabling those who learn in our schools to have a better tomorrow as responsible citizens. Currently the Little Sisters of St Francis are the Managing Agency of
Sr Clare Banda, in action as a teacher of Special Education!

Srs Therese Nyoni, Sr. Marriane Chilonga and Sr. Eunice Mulenga, have just completed a course in Enterprenueship with Strathmore University in Nairobi, Kenya.
Let us wish well, Sr. Maureen Nyambe, who is traveling to Nairobi, Kenya for business.
Luumumo Training Skills Centre's 18th graduation ceremony in 2023. Posing with the sisters is Given Mupotola, whom the Sisters assisted with accommodation together with his four siblings, who lived in an finished structure for more than five years. The sisters found them in a very bad situation and offered them a good accommodation in one of their houses; and given was entered for Luumuno Training. They were vulnerable young people but now Given Mupotola is working and his siblings are still in school.
Please join the sisters to congratulate the 30 students of Luumuno Skills Training Centre, who have graduated in hotel management, which was sponsored by Zambia Association of Sisterhoods (ZAS) in partnership with Hilton Foundation. Most of these graduants are in employment in hotel industry. The sisters express their sincere gratitude to the donors.
